I was given gift cards to Jersey Mike’s. I don’t usually eat from this restaurant but I thought I would give it a try. The employee working the POS station could not process the gift cards. Instead of figuring it out he just asked me if I wanted save them for another time. Now it’s not the end of the world but I found the situation a little irritating and it just didn’t leave a good impression. The food was ok but I definitely won’t be back. Rude Manager who can not count. He packed my order and repeated it to me when I went to pick up and forgot half of my order. Then was angry that he had forgot my order and I had to drive 30 min in the rain. Not to mention the floors behind the counter were trashed. He is right he should just be making sandwiches not Managing.
