To provide context, I grew up with Sbarro pizza. It's one of my favorites, even if it's on the commercial size. The location is like any typical mall eatery and I would say clean from what I've viewed. They heat up your slice of pizza on a conveyor belt, so that was a nice surprise. It's a good New York style crust, and the balance and flavors of cheese, sauce, and pepperoni are still the same as when I last got Sbarro at least 10 years ago. For $5-6 a slice,...

I hope their customer service here gets better. We always get our pizza from here but lately they didn't want to take our order 40 minutes before they closed. Then I call 2 says later and get hung up on 4 times when trying to call in order. Other than that it's good pizza.
