The service is great, the staff is friendly and the boba tea is excellent
Yo'Licious Frozen Yogurt & Sweets is a popular dessert spot known for its delicious drinks and ice creams. The "Last Unicorn" drink, in particular, is highly praised for its perfectly sweet boba, while the "Grave of the Fireflies" drink is also a recommended choice. Customers appreciate the excellent drinks, including the brown sugar milk tea, which has received positive feedback. However, the cheesecake on a stick is not always fresh, so other options like the fruit teas, slushies, and ice creams are suggested instead. Favorites include the taro coconut milk tea, rose dragonfruit slushy, key lime pie ice cream, and strawberry cheesecake ice cream. The service has received mixed reviews; some found it kind and helpful, while others felt the staff seemed annoyed or unresponsive. The ambiance is enhanced by rose-covered walls, making it an aesthetically pleasing location among other boba shops in the mall.
