Your experience depends on the visit, as people mentioned sometimes your order is inaccurate. The food is always good though. Food is better than the cookout that just opened next door too. They have good deals on the app. Great prices too. In general it's what I expect from a sonics.

I came in pretty late, there was one cashier named Rachel, and she was awesome. So sweet, and took my order perfectly. She didn’t let being the only one here frustrate her, she served with a smile!

The food was really good but the wait time in the drive-through was longer than expected…25 minutes. I understand they were really busy, but it still felt a little excessive. The staff was extremely friendly and super apologetic. One thing that was a little frustrating was the lack of clarification about coupons. I had some offers on my mobile app, but since I paid with cash, I wasn’t able to use them. Great food and excellent customer service.
