“This location is the most consistent in Pensacola.
The employees are always very friendly and my drink Is always just right! And I would like to give a special shoutout to Mitzie.. her energy and great attitude really make a difference! 😊“

“These guys are amazing they are the most happy of anyone I've ever seen at 530am and any time of day after that just awesome! I can't say enough good about them. These guys really set the bar for customer service I hope they get honored for this some how! Thank you bayou by the mall you rock! Parking: If the parking lot is full just park across the street or on the side u will be treated amazing it's worth it u could even park on either side next door or get them a great parking lot they deserve it By far the best customer service I've ever seen and it's consitant u could come ever day for a week always great customer service“

“I just want to say Starbucks is doing well also they treat people well and Starbucks is my favorite place to be I'm just going to stay away from the other shopping center I'm not going there anymore not even near Target people are just there are absolutely rude and I want to say to Starbucks workers are very special to me they always make me feel welcome that's why I like to hang out here the most because the people is Starbucks is just very special people that want to socialize with and they're always going to be blessed by God“

“It's difficult for Starbucjs to go wrong in my book so my review is always biased! I've been in all the Starbucks locations in Escambia County and I like them all. The biggest issue most of them face is a tiny parking lot but I don't hold that against them.“

“I need the hot water for my kids so I decided to ask the barista and they tell me per company policy, I have to buy some drinks from the first in order to get the hot water. So I tried strawberry matcha strato Frappuccino.
It’s really good. The combination of matcha and strawberry flavored cold foam is amazing. It’s not too sweet and a little bit of tangy from the foam.
The service is fast. The staff is nice and helpful.
The coffee shop is inside the mall and is it’s clean. Usually it’s crowded during the weekend“

“The only complaints I have is that I couldn't order ahead and for some dumb reason they make you ASK for a sleeve for your hot drinks now. This will come back to bite them I'm afraid. As far as not being able to order ahead.. usually, I can, but for some reason, not today. Otherwise, everything was great. The Barista was sweet as always.“

“This is the BEST Starbucks in Pensacola! The drinks always come out perfect, and the team here is super friendly and welcoming. The drive-thru is fast and well-organized, which makes mornings so much easier. Even when the line looks long, they move quickly and still manage to get everything right. The store itself is clean and cozy if you want to go inside, but the drive-thru is a big win for busy days. Out of all the Starbucks I’ve visited, this one truly stands out for both service and quality. Highly recommend!“

“The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and exceeded or expectations tonight. (Judging off of the previous reviews) We came in with special orders, drinks we found on social media that we wanted to try, and the staff was happy to accommodate. They made our drinks perfectly and quickly. This was our first time at this location (in the Target store) but we will definitely be back.“

“I once had the staff recommend a different way of doing my normal coffee and wow! What a difference staff knowledge can be! Been doing it this way ever since. It’s a little pricey with the add ons but let’s be honest it’s a business! And it makes me excited for one who provides such training to their employees for growth of the brand. Love the sitting area outside, great location for it and the pick up bar makes it easy.
My kids get 2 cake pops when I get my coffee (mom guilt) lol
