Starbucks in Pensacola

“These guys are amazing they are the most happy of anyone I've ever seen at 530am and any time of day after that just awesome! I can't say enough good about them. These guys really set the bar for customer service I hope they get honored for this some how! Thank you bayou by the mall you rock! I wish we could all rock customer service in pensacola like these guys our town might could go back to the wonderful place it was like when I was a kid!!!!!!

Parking: If the parking lot is full just park across the street or on the side u will be treated amazing it's worth it u could even park on either side next door or get them a great parking lot they deserve it By far the best customer service I've ever seen and it's consitant u could come ever day for a week always great customer service“

“I have been to this location a couple of times over the last few weeks and it has been constantly great.I have been impressed!My usual Starbucks is the Rave Location which also is great, however, these visits to this location on 9 Mile was a conveince of time.I have not been disappointed!I will be back!“

“The only complaints I have is that I couldn't order ahead and for some dumb reason they make you ASK for a sleeve for your hot drinks now. This will come back to bite them I'm afraid. As far as not being able to order ahead.. usually, I can, but for some reason, not today. Otherwise, everything was great. The Barista was sweet as always.“

“Jordan is absolutely amazing! She is such a good barista! I asked her to surprise me with my drink order and it was legitimately the tastiest Starbucks drink I’ve EVER had! She made me a blonde roast almond milk latte with vanilla syrup and cinnamon. It sounds simple but it tasted JUST like Cinnamon Toast Crunch! She’s hilarious and friendly and this location is better simply because of her presence!“

“I once had the staff recommend a different way of doing my normal coffee and wow! What a difference staff knowledge can be! Been doing it this way ever since. It’s a little pricey with the add ons but let’s be honest it’s a business! And it makes me excited for one who provides such training to their employees for growth of the brand. Love the sitting area outside, great location for it and the pick up bar makes it easy.
My kids get 2 cake pops when I get my coffee (mom guilt) lol
