Terrible. Almost as bad as the Gulf Breeze location. After drenching my wrap in sauce, I asked for it to be made with the normal amount, as per recipe. They then decided to make orders for a sports team of like 20 people before even getting to my wrap. Smoothie melted and all I got was shrugs. I’ve worked at a few Tropical Smoothies locations and it’s safe to say these locations are going downhill…. If they were even “uphill” to begin with that is..
100% lacking in customer service. Flavorless smoothies. Literally dripping with jerk sauce, since when does a wrap require a knife and fork? No repeat for me. A good restaurant should steal their marketing manager! Their web site made everything look and sound delicious, ugh.
