Today myself and my coworkers went here for lunch. Both mine and my associates ham tasted very sour and spoiled. I didn’t make a fuss, ask for any money back, or ask anything be remade. I just wanted to bring it to someone’s attention. The server was very nice but I heard the cook make a backhanded comment about “oh well they would KNOW if it was spoiled” unnecessary when I was completely kind about it all
Lacie and LC were phenomenal and very professional. They got our order right and checked on us often. Most importantly, they were very kind. The food was perfect! We love this location; they never disappoint!
I can't in good faith give this place less than 3 stars because it's a relatively new, relatively clean waffle house that usually gets orders right but my god I eat here fairly often and have always gotten weird service. Servers refusing to get to go drinks, servers being oddly dismissive and confrontational, just today I got rushed to walk away from my meal to pay about 3 minutes after getting the check dropped off because "shift swap was soon".
