This is a terrible Wendy's because I don't understand why they can't make a HAMBURGER! I live right behind this Wendy's I've been there 3 times and every time I order a hamburger they hand me a burger with 2 slices of cheese!! I DO NOT EAT CHEESE!! I even make sure they repeat my order before I pay!! And I still get a cheeseburger my last trip they hand me a cheeseburger I ask for my ticket and it says HAMBURGER NO CHEESE!! I believe the employees who work there cannot read!!
2 days ago I bought at this Wendy's local and I regretted it, my son's hamburger was totally cold, the bread seemed old, it was like biting a shoe. The fries had too much salt and the other burgers weren't as tasty.

You sit in the drive thru for about 10 minutes before they start taking orders by the time you actually order and get your food its been 20 minutes from start to finish thats with 2 cars in front of you by the time you pay and get food that's another 15 minutes and the fries are cold and soggy the burger or chicken sandwich is cold and not at all the way you ordered it.
