Purchased Big Zac Snack. I remember when Zaxby's first opened in Raleigh, NC. The chicken fingers were very large. Now they are so tiny. I had one that was 3 inches long on top of two fingers that were only so small. One about 2 inches, the other 1 1/2 inches. Only reason I didn't take back is I got BOGO free for survey I completed. Otherwise, not worth the money.
LOVE this location! Typically I pick up lunch from the Creighton location once a week but decided to pick up dinner from this location one night. I ordered from the front counter inside. Food was prepared super fast (they appeared to be training and had ample hands on deck) and was exactly what I asked for with all the correct condiments. The staff was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Will definitely be back to this location.
Ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries to go, got to my destination and was extremely disappointed. I am assuming the person that made this order was in training and wasn't aware of what went on the fries, because this order was missing the cheese. It looks like they cut up one chicken tender and one piece of bacon. One of the reasons I go to certain chain restaurants is for the consistency, if this was the first time I had gotten this meal, I wouldn't get it again....
