This is only the 3rd time I've found Khao Soi in the states after going to Thailand. This is THE BEST I've had, next to the traditional in Chiang Mai. I'm so glad my hotel is next to Chim! I'll have to drive here from Orlando just for dinner again!

The impression from visiting the sushi restaurant is excellent! The portions were surprisingly large, the seafood was extremely fresh, and the service was excellent. Waiting for the dish took about 10 minutes, but it was due to the freshness of the ingredients and the preparation of a quality dish. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and cozy. We walked in without a reservation and parked for free nearby, which was also a plus. I recommend this restaurant to all sushi...
