“I got the Spring Ting Platter and I was so delighted. The Mac and cheese is one of the best I've ever had and the jerk chicken had a crunchy skin to it that gave so much texture. The staff is very welcoming and the atmosphere is comforting. The juices are also unique and great. It is a little pricey, but so with it. It was delicious and filling. I will definitely be coming back. This is what soul food should be!“

“A brewery in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale, brings something fun to do in the area. The space in itself is fairly unique, are you in a warehouse? Why is there a house inside the warehouse? The decoration is fun and slightly homey. Most importantly family and dog friendly! What most stuck with me was the witty menu descriptions. Each menu item was funny and really made you curious to read and possibly eat. For about $12 you get a flight of beer, allowing you the chance to try a bit of their brews. Great price !“

“When I tell you, I was fiending for empanadas that day... I'm so glad I found this place. (it was my first time there)I believe I had a korean chicken and chicken mushroom empanada. A deal they had for two with a side and a drink. (the guava made me melt)I was definitely satisfied!In all honesty, it's a sweet little place and I like how I was treated as a first time customer. This is a positive atmosphere, you can tell that Chef Nikol is focused on making your experience one that will make you want to come back. I order the Very Berry Greek Salad with Chicken!!!! insanely delicious and my husband had a Chicken Souvlaki Pita with Fries.. For Desert we ordered a Bougasta Pastry!!! The service was great but be prepared to wait a while for your food.After eating here and tasting my grill cheese sandwich, I can see now why it was so crowded. “Ate here twice on a business trip as the food and service were so good the first time and needed try another dish on their menu. Mabel's Chicken and Chicken Paillard are highly recommended. I enjoyed them both. Our server, Billy, was always quick to fill glasses, replace drinks and just kept checking on us. Plus, he was very friendly and funny and made great recommendations on both visits. I would definitely eat here again when I'm in Ft. Lauderdale.“

“This was my first visit and I will be back! The staff was very friendly, John was our waiter and he was amazing and smiled throughout his time with us, we had kids, and took forever to order but he was so patient. The food was good and the prices weren’t bad either. We were able to have access to the rooftop pool and the water was the perfect temperature and so inviting. We came about 2pm on Saturday and the parking area was charging $30 for up to 4 hours however Sunset Club does offer valet parking for $15, overall we enjoyed and will be returning soon this time without the kids! They have a DJ at 6 we want to go back during that time!“

They have local draft beers, I had Cigar City maduro which was bomb. We started with apps, deviled eggs & blue crab beignets which were phenomenal. The entrees is reason I gave 4 stars. I had the chicken with a side of collard greens. While the chicken was well cooked & moist it lacked soul (not much seasoning). Same goes for the greens, bitter and really needed more seasoning. Wifey had the shrimp and grits and again it was cooked well but lacked seasoning. Overall had a good night out.“

Both were beyond amazing Lee and his staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happ. They gave our little Havamalt Zoe’s bacon too!!
