“Hungry Howies in Polk City CANNOT BE BEAT! I always order from this location due to the nature of the location being close to home but also because of their excellent customer service, delicious food (made correctly might I add), and friendly staff. Tonight when ordering on the app I accidentally ordered at a wrong location and when I got here they offered to make it right then and was very kind about my mistake. The manager was super understanding and offered a free drink. Something so small for my mistake was very appreciated! Thank you Polk city for being great!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I love Arby's, love their food and options, price is pretty on par with most place these days. This location got busy fast but got the food out fast too. They got my sandwich wrong, no big deal, just go in ask them to fix it. My husband and I worked and managed restaurants, mistakes happen, but today was a reminder for why line cooks usually stick to being in the back. If a customer comes to you with a food quality issue, its easy to fix, you do a refire and get the item out to the guest. You do not demand what is wrong with the sandwich in front of the guest, you're liable to bring out the former restaurant manager in the person such as my husband. So minus one star for the line cook's guest management skills and 4 stars for making me laugh so hard that my husband didn't miss a beat like he's managing a cooking line.”

“On a vacation with family, we went here on the way to the beach from the airport. The food was delicious. Although they put cilantro on my mom's food which she didn't want, they were quick to fix the issue, and very polite about it.
My dad and I both got ground beef taco salads, which were great, the meat and potato mix in the ground beef was quite delightful, and the sauce was good too. My mom got two tacos, one with chipotle chicken, and one with pulled pork. The pulled pork was incredible, perfectly juicy and seasoned. We also got a street corn, which was steaming hot, clearly fresh made.
Also, while we were there eating, there was a guy at one of the booths straight up just rapping. Even though I'm not normally a rap fan, I'll admit he had skill, and we enjoyed the performance.
Overall, a great start to my week long trip in Florida, and would highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.”

“Awesome place first time here did pickup . Ordered fish fry and shrimp came with biscuit coleslaw you can add two sides with dinner +Sweet potato fries okra. Brittany took my order perfectly said it would be 15mins. Exactly 15mins i walk into a spotless diner Almost full but it doesn't feel crowded on a Saturday afternoon that is always wonderful. Was greeted with a big smile very welcome feeling Order was ready Brittany went over everything with me so sweetly making sure everything was perfect GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!! When I arrived home The food was outstanding!!!! Fish cooked flakey light batter shrimp was cooked perfectly lightly crunchy okra was breaded just right cooked tender sweet potato fries spot on perfect the coleslaw must be homemade I've never tasted better the light and fluffy biscuit Would give my Big mama's a run for the money ? Please don't tell her I said that ?. Definitely home made with butter & love. Please kiss the cook for me they are doing a outstanding job ?.
