“I haven't been to a McDonald's in years. Due to Tropical storm Debbie, we went through the drive-thru today.

I was pleasantly surprised. We both got a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese meal. The burgers were fresh and made with care. The young ladies that handled taking the order and expediting the food was very pleasant and polite.

Kudos to the management team, for running an efficient restaurant. We will be back!“

“My Family and I get take out from this 5 guys regularly and I must admit They never disappoint. It does not matter how busy they are, or how many orders they have coming in they always hit the nail on the head as far as food quality, attention to detail and awesome customer service. Thomas, the manager, leads by example and sets a very high standard, which he holds himself too as well as his employee and it really shows in how this restaurant runs and operates. A member of our family has severe food allergies and the kitchen at this 5 guys always prepares her food just right, which is very rare for us.Happens about 5 out of 10 times when we go out to eat. “Listen. I am a snobby burger snob. Burgers are pretty much the only reason I could not be full-blown vegetarian. Super Duper Spot has THE best smash burgers in Lakeland. I'd argue theirs are the best in central Florida. So simple. SO perfect. Great prices, but honestly, I'd pay a lot more. That's how great they are.“

“This restaurant is great. It is clean inside and outside. The service is excellent. The employees were very courteous and professional. I ordered an Impossible Whopper and a root beer soda to go. I have to make a point of saying that sandwich was made with love. When I unwrapped it my first thought was this sandwich looks like it should be on TV. I don't know if you have ever ordered a sandwich and when you received it, it looked like the sandwich was put together by throwing the contents from across the room. Wherever the items landed on the sandwich, so be it. Not so with my Impossible Whopper. It was structured so well, and stayed that way to the last bite. I was highly impressed. I applaud the workers.“

“I like my Wendy burgers so was happy to see this place just an easy walk from the Hampton Inn. I rate it a solid four. Staff were good. Food was good. For some reason the dining-in area didn't appeal to me, so I just went the "to go" route and ate in my motel room. No complaints on the food though. The burger was made the way that I like it, and the fries were fresh and crispy.“

“Great sweet tea,coffee and steak biscuits,hash rounds.But, they don’t put enough cinnamon on the raisin biscuits like the other Hardee’s do.Its just enough to taste it.It doesn’t even cover the top of the biscuit.Other Hardee’s cover the whole biscuit with the cinnamon.“

“I went to A&W and ordered my food and once I got home, I realized I didn't have my cheese curds in the bag. Next time I went, I mentioned it and they immediately apologized and gave me a free order of cheese curds to make up for it. Mistakes happen but how you handle them determines the level of customer service you have. This location has great customer service and everyone is friendly!“

“We tried the Big Dill Meal and were really impressed with the burger—it was delicious! The dill toys were just okay, but the greasy aftertaste wasn’t our favorite.

We also had the pretzel, which surprisingly tasted like a salty donut—but we actually enjoyed it!

As for the pickle drink… we didn’t quite have the courage to go there. Instead, we went for the Heath ice cream shake, and it was a sweet, satisfying choice to end the meal.“
