“I wish I got the mans name but HE WAS AMAZING !!!!! They were swamped due to the hurricane and they were the only place open. The food was fantastic but the service was top notch. Not everybody was understanding and some people were outright rude meaning the customers. The staff was on top of everything busting out all sorts of food. Highly recommend 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“I just moved to the area and went to Down Da Hatch with the Women's Ministry from my new church (South Putnam Church), I had a small Ceasar Salad and 5 delicious Fried Green Tomatoes with boom boom sauce and a glass of sweet tea. My servers nick name was B. She was absolutely amazing! She kept everyone's drinks filled that was in our group and got our food out to us real fast! She always had a smile on her face and was super friendly. There were 2 chefs in the back and they were able to keep up with everyone's orders and get them out correctly! The owner Scott came out and talked to each one of his guests to make sure we all were happy! The atmosphere was energetic and comfortable! I felt like I was at a family members home having a good Ole time having fellowship! I hope this place expands and becomes something much bigger in the future! This place is amazing! DOWN DA HATCH deserves 10 🌟 🤩 I will be back and I will spread the word to everyone I know!

“My mother and I live in Saint Augustine. My youngest sister lives in Palatka. After visiting my sister today mom and I were hungry for lunch, so my sister suggested C. P. Deli & More. We LOVED the food, environment and the people that work there. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. I ordered the Steak & Cheese Sandwich with fries, mom ordered soup of the day (ham &beans) and Grilled Chicken Sandwich. After she took our order I changed my mind and wanted the fried okra instead of fries. The server had no problem changing my side. Mom really like her soup and she ate her chicken off the bread and some of the orka. That was a lot of food for my mom. Before we left I requested a menu to take with us. They didn't have any but one of the ladies made a copy of the he menu for us even though they were very busy. Just nice people.

Parking: Located in a strip mall so there was plenty of parking.“

“Huddle house is perfectly consistent! I order the country fried steak meal with eggs, raisin toast and hash. It is the same every single time I get it! I know what to expect and it never lets me down! Been going here for almost 12 years. Never had a meal that I didn't feel was exactly what I ordered.“
