“Most of the lure of this restaurant is the location and the building itself. (A log type. Very rustic.) It's lovely sitting out on the deck with the view of the river. The food is mediocre and just above Roadhouse quality. Thank for allowing dogs out on the patio and offering both a restaurant and a waterfront bar, separated.“
“We stopped here for lunch today. We ordered a 10” Pan Pizza with pepperoni. It was very good. For dessert we shared a piece of fried cheesecake. It was very rich, and delicious. My only complaint was that the inside of the restaurant was very dark. I think they were going for a bar atmosphere. If I have the chance to go again, I would choose to dine outside on the covered porch.“
“We had the bourbon bacon burger with fries. Absolutely the best bourbon bacon burger I have ever had. Smothered in sauce. You'll need lots of napkins. Will get again. Heard the had a bourbon Chicken sandwich just as good I'll try that next time.“
“This is an old school, hole in the wall, roadside, biker type place. The food is phenomenally simple and fair priced. If you want gourmet, go somewhere else. If you want simple good food, this is it. Oh and if you're not a friendly type, don't come here either. You'll be welcomed repeatedly.Parking: Ol dirt parking lot.“
“Fun place to hang out, listen to music, play pool, have some good food when Theo is there and the smoker is going. I am obsessed with the mac n cheese, it's ALMOST as good as mine. ?? You can hang out and chat with friends and meet new people in several places and different seating available inside and out. There is even a fireplace on the porch and a bonfire pit with seating outside. If the owner is there and you play the right music (he really loves Tiptoe through the tulips by Tiny Tim) he gets hyped and gets everyone hyped with him and the whole place will be lit. It's great! Even if it isn't crowded or hopping at the moment it is still a nice place to hang out and the owner and most of the bartender s are fun to hang out with.“
