“Went at a time, around 1PM on a Saturday. The line was not long so was served quickly. It took less than 5 minutes from the time I placed my order until it was delivered to me. The servers were courteous and served with a smile. The only draw back that day, I tried ordering on line, but the website was down.“

“The authentic Jamaican breakfast was very tasty. The woman at the counter has an attitude. Only had fruit smoothies and it was below average. No other ingredients available. They just took frozen Walmart fruits and water n blended it could have done that myself for 10 dollars.“

“My family and I traveled to Miami for a mini vacation, we went to Ft. Lauderdale to visit and found this amazing restaurant. It’s call the “Peoples Choice” and it has amazing Jamaican cuisine. “Curry goat gets top billing and it certainly is justified. But they also have goat soup of in a corner It was delicious! I never had goat soup before and it did not disappoint.

“My family and I love trying new flavors from different places, so we decided to try this little place called: which is located on W. Commercial Blvd. and 441st Street in a large shopping plaza. The place is small, simple, but with an incredible flavor, WOW! We ordered a Brown Stew Chicken which had an incredible flavor, and you can't help but admire the prices😳 They don't even exist in a Chinese restaurant, no wonder there are lines of people buying their food at this place; that's why my husband and I have come to the conclusion: it's useless if the place has spectacular or extraordinary decor, if what will convince you is the flavor of their dishes. We will definitely return! Ahhh, not to mention that the service is very pleasant, the prices incredible, and the food sufficient and delicious. Why aren't these places as well-known? For their humble decor? Don't be fooled by the decor of the establishment or the dishes, focus on the flavor, which is what really counts.“

I had the jerk pork with festival and my wife had the combo of chicken pork rice and peas and Mac and cheese and I must portions were beyond generous for the price. “I stopped going about a year or two ago due to the drop in the quality of food. I decided to check them out again, because someone said it was under new management. I was greeted, but it could have been better. Upon asking about the food, it was like pulling teeth. Could have explained the menu and help with the options and get me a bit more interested in what they offered. Then, when she started to explain, she was flying through everything and I could barely hear her. The bottom line is, amp up the customer service and be a bit more friendly and welcoming. On the other hand, I purchased the curry chicken, peas n rice, and cabbage. Got home and saw that I had a plate full of rice and cabbage, no plantains(at least 2 small pieces) 1drumstick cut in half, half of a half of thigh and a small bone or two that was chopped up when they cut the chicken. That pissed me off, because $10.42 at least let me get a whole chicken leg quarter, two legs or something, is all I'm saying.“

I’m visiting from Canada and had to come back to Peeper Seed after my visit last year! The Jamaican food here is absolutely delicious, with a big menu full of authentic flavors. The staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming and the restaurant has lots of seating. If you love great Jamaican food and a relaxed vibe, this is the spot to be!“

“I needed feel good food to make me feel better plus our daughter in town. We had breakfast and lunch yesterday. The lady (I believe is the owner) was so patient and friendly (as always) with her. She always is with me also. I called to say we'll be back for a 2nd helping of porridge if any left and she said come back I remember her. Came back another lady helped her, and then I had her go back in to get me lunch before we left. She said everyone was delightful and was tempted to get more porridge ??“
