McDonald's in Pompano Beach

“You know the more you look at McDonald’s and realize the great value that they offer. I know the food is not the equivalent of a sit down four star restaurant that’s obvious. However the food is decent quality. The people are generally nice and you can always depend on McDonald’s restaurant to restaurant to be consistent. I’ve rarely been disappointed in their breakfast, which is usually what I order.“

“I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal a day prior. However it was subpar possibly due to shift change . The burger was dry and cold and the fries were old. However the next day I placed a call, spoke with Nancy who took the time to hear my complaint with no rebuttals. I later came to the store and she made it right, food temperature, presentation and service was excellent. Thank you Nancy !!“

“I received excellent service at this McDonald’s this morning so I had to leave a review. I wanted decaf coffee but I wanted iced and they don’t normally do that. They got a cup with ice for me and poured over the milk and caramel and did it for me. All of the employees had smiles on their faces and very friendly. I was very impressed because normally I don’t get this from any other McDonald’s“

“This location has really improved its service and food over the last year. Only real negative for this location is motel across the street is a high crime and drug use location, there is a pretty high amount of homeless people in the area, and that sometimes spills over to the McDonalds. I would highly recommend using the drive thru and not the best McDonalds to eat inside at.“
