if you enjoy quality lean brisket at an excellent price, this is EASILY the best brisket I have ever had in my entire life and I've been to dozens of BBQ places throughout the state. Texas style, legitimately smoked and delicious. the smoked wings are fantastic they are crispy in the outside and moist on the inside without being slimy/fatty. 100/10 BBQ I would recommend to anyone.
I LOVE Down the Hatch for many reasons! The view! The food! The staff are always great!! But could you, for the love of god PLEASE get the “good plastic” for the wine!! I mean, if you want us to pay $10/$13 for a glass of wine at least meet us half way and ditch the TERRIBLE cheap plastic tasting plastic cups!! Pleeeease!!! 🙏🏼
