Food was good but gave me wrong order. Didn't notice until I was already by the library. Went back and asked for them to add it to my order since I ate the nuggets. Was too hungry. Got my actual order. First drive-thru I've been to that this happened to in years.
Never thought I would be leaving a review for a McDonalds but here we are. They have had new staff the last few months and they are AMAZING! It’s like the chick-fil-a of McDonalds. I ask for sauces and they’re always there. My order is always correct. I still check my bag because I have trust issues from all of my precious McDonalds encounters and every time I come here, everything is correct and fresh. This new crew vs the old is night and day.
This location was having staffing issues! The manager communicated with all customers promptly. He delegated the employees and food was super fresh! I can’t imagine the high stress the manager along with the hard working associates felt. I hope everyone working that day knows me and my family absolutely appreciated each moment of their time and thanks for showing up!! And The gentleman with the blonde nice hair you are amazing and soooo gentle and kind!
