“We ordered the Mango Shrimp Salad. It was delicious! I’m gluten and dairy sensitive, and I was impressed how our waiter & other staff got all the modifications correct! Excellent service and yummy food! We will definitely eat here again!“

“I was invited to go to Tijuana Flats as a last-minute thing! I decided to accept because I didn’t feel like cooking dinner that night! It had been quite a while since my last visit to any Tijuana Flats but this one was one I hadn’t ever visited.

This location was fairly busy for a Wednesday night. There was no problem with finding a table, tho. The food came out relatively quick and was delivered to the table, as opposed to us waiting at the counter like a take-out meal. It was all prepared just as ordered and the portions were great.

The restaurant was exceptionally clean given the amount of people that were eating at the time. The staff was very patient with the kids in our party as they placed their own orders. It was a good visit and worth the 20 minute drive! Definitely will re-visit!“

The employees have it loud for their benefit but my wife and I could hardly hear each other plainly. There were other patrons in the restaraunt that I know had the same issue but no one speaks up. Music is supposed to be BACKGROUND music - not a concert. Many other restaraunts do the same.“

“Holy smokes we found it!!! Authentic Mexican food like we had back in MI!! And at normal prices!!! We have been disappointed since moving to Jax Beach area last year that all the Mexican places were “fancy” - weird, elaborate dishes that cost way too much for what they are. This place is amazing- the food was perfect, service was fantastic, and the total bill was under $20 for lunch for the two of us (before tip). Chips were crispy and the salsa was perfectly spicy and super flavorful. We will definitely be back - the lunch specials are exactly what we are used to from MI days (hello speedy gonzales!) 5 plus stars, highly recommend!“

“Horrible service. We weren’t checked on once. The waiter was talking to someone at the bar the whole time, so we had to ask a waitress walking by if she could get him for us but she started going on about how people keep asking her for things and stormed off. Then we asked another waiter for the manager so we could figure out what was going on and finally get some help, and he said he was coming but he never did. We had to go to the bar to get our waiter’s attention and he still forgot what we needed. The place wasn’t busy at all. He was just focused on someone, either a friend or girlfriend, and the other waitress had a bad attitude. We are very understanding when it is busy but this was not the case, we had to go to the bar and practically beg for what we ordered. We will never go to a Salsa’s location again.“
