“I placed an online order tonight (11/24) and upon arrival around 6 pm I was informed it would be a long wait as they were incredibly understaffed. It took approx 30 minutes to get my order but with that being said the customer service that I received was absolutely TOP TIER! The gentleman running the drive thru was also making the orders had a positive energetic attitude even while being slammed with orders. My order was accurate, hot, fresh and delicious. The guys working there were working their tails off and whatever they're getting paid it isn't enough. I cant sing their praises enough, you guys were rocking it, don't let anybody tell you any different!“

“I recommend KFC because the food is good. However... Since there is no way to contact KFC unless you call... (left on hold for a long time)... I will put this here. We ordered the $5 pot pie meal and one thigh and one small side. The total was $11.06. When I ordered at the speaker I was told to come around for the total. Imagine my shock at the cost. I asked the cashier "wouldn't it have been more economical to have ordered the two piece box with one side?" he said "probably" then proceeded to speak into his headpiece to what I presume was another customer. So he handed my card back to me and I said I would like honey, butter, and KFC sauce. He said "KFC sauce and barbecue?" I said "no, KFC sauce and honey and butter". Guess what I got? Yep... Barbecue. Now if I had been working there I would have said "if you order the two piece it comes with a side and would be cheaper for you" Dear KFC, use this as a customer service training. People will come back if they don't feel like they are being ripped off.“

“The drive-through is like all drive throughs can be a little slow. The walk-up service is slower than the drive-through, just for the fact they're trying to move the lines. Dining at the facility is subpar, just 3 tables, which tells me they don't want you hanging around, rather get your food and go. Staff as with all chick-fil-a's are friendly and polite.
Parking: Set up of restaurant tells me they would rather you use the drive through
Kid-friendliness: Nothing for the kids to do..

“Tonight my wife and I ordered 2 Southwest Zalads which we absolutely love! We hate to see it go! When we drove up to the window to pay we were told that the car behind us paid for our dinner because she saw my Veterans tag! What a wonderful surprise! We thanked her and she thanked me again for my service. We love Zaxby’s; their terrific employees and their fabulous customers!!! #payitforward“
