“I love going on Fridays because every Friday they tomato bisque soup and I love to dip my Lauren's lemon basil chicken salad on a croissant into the soup. I love the grape salad too and you can get it without the nuts on top if you choose. If they do not have tomato soup that day, I love classic carol or Olivias old south and I usually mix one of those with the buffalo chicken salad! It tastes like a milder cold buffalo chick dip, and I eat it with crackers. I love that the meals come with a pickle and a little cookie as a treat! My mom loves all the fruit and nut chicken salads like cranberry Kelli, fancy Nancy, and fruity Fran. I love when delicious diva comes back. That is one of the seasonal chicken salads. We love to eat outside in their patio seating area or take the quick chicks to go and eat at the pool! We also love the strawberry lemonade mixed with some sprite! So, refreshing!“

“I recommend KFC because the food is good. However... Since there is no way to contact KFC unless you call... (left on hold for a long time)... I will put this here. We ordered the $5 pot pie meal and one thigh and one small side. The total was $11.06. When I ordered at the speaker I was told to come around for the total. Imagine my shock at the cost. I asked the cashier "wouldn't it have been more economical to have ordered the two piece box with one side?" he said "probably" then proceeded to speak into his headpiece to what I presume was another customer. So he handed my card back to me and I said I would like honey, butter, and KFC sauce. He said "KFC sauce and barbecue?" I said "no, KFC sauce and honey and butter". Guess what I got? Yep... Barbecue. Now if I had been working there I would have said "if you order the two piece it comes with a side and would be cheaper for you" Dear KFC, use this as a customer service training. People will come back if they don't feel like they are being ripped off.“

“Update they are opening another store west of 95 on the 100 in Palm Coast. Read their story it’s amazing and so many flavors to choose from.

Tied their regular chicane salad for the first time which I am very picky about. I asked if there were sliced greens she said yes i didn’t see any so I tried it and I’m so glad I did. I have gone back already it’s heat to grab and go for a quick lunch or dine in nice friendly atmosphere and order one of their many menu items. A plus is they always have some sort of dessert. Thank goodness it is nearby this is my go to place for chicken salad“

“It was BUSY here and yet all the workers stayed on top of everything. Amazing professionalism that I saw despite the huge crowd of people. I thought it would’ve taken a while to get our food for our group of 4, but it was ready almost immediately. There were even workers coming out to the Dine-in tables to refill everyone’s drinks. Truly all hands were on deck to make the most amazing service. I wish I had names to show the manager who their best employees are. Just know that everyone working today (11/29) did AMAZING!“

“Went here on the way home on a road trip and the order was 100% correct, and the chicken and fries were incredibly fresh, super hot and crispy. The kids meal came with a little book. The slaw was good. The bread was fine. It was nice to just have a solid meal and continue on with our journey.“

“Ordered food for pickup, took 20 minutes to get there, and everything was hot! The taste was impeccable, the flavors were flavoring and omg my crab rangoon was so fresh and so so delicious. I've never had such a packed full egg roll and that was heavenly as well. The dinners were magnificent and the pork fried rice cooked to perfection. Literally best take out I've had in a good long while. Will recommend as well as return! Thank you guys so much!!“

“Is exactly what you expect in a Chick-fil-A - excellent customer service and good fast food. During COVID, it was our go to takeout / drive-through for good chicken sandwiches or chicken biscuits. I am continually amazed that Chick-fil-A is able to hire the best people that are the most customer service oriented, no matter the location.“
