I’ve finally found my go-to BBQ spot! Slim’s BBQ hit the mark with everything I was looking for—genuine, home-cooked backyard BBQ, not the usual franchise fare. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with steak fries and baked beans, and all of it was incredible. The pulled pork was tender and flavorful, the fries perfectly crispy, and the baked beans had that rich, smoky flavor I crave. Jeff, the owner, was super friendly and guided me through the menu, making me feel right...
Barbecue sandwiches on point, definitely hit the spot! What's more impressive is the superbly friendly staff...you couldn't ask for nicer people anywhere. Highly recommended.
