Based on the reviews, Delicias El Paisa Restaurant Bar & Grill serves great Colombian food. The food is always good, fresh, well presented, and has great flavors. Specific meals mentioned include the breaded beefsteak (milanesa de res) with white rice beans and sweet plaintains, and the skirtsteak with yuca and a salad. The cilantro sauce, pink sauce, and chimichurri are on point. The chicharrones are some of the best. Portions are large for the price. The service is lovely, attentive, and sweet, though sometimes the server is busy being the only server. The atmosphere and drinks have been excellent. However, the music can be terrible with two different types going on at once. Also, the prices paid do not match the menu, which could be challenging. It is a little gem in the Pasco area worth trying.
