“Only issue was with the pretzel, extremely rubbery. Very hard to chew, most definitely very old! Jaw hurt so bad from trying to chew the pretzel, very difficult to eat my delicious cheesesteak sub. I like the BBQ and the Buffalo, Cajun rub ain't bad either.. recommend for wings, fries are average not bad but not great. I prefer crispy they're closer to steak fries, which is fine. I still eat them. $9.99 10 boneless and fries, not bad at all. I forgot which day but they offer .70 cent wings.“

“Tarpon Springs: Food always tastes fresh. I don't care much for the cheese steak meat being over chopped into mush so I stick to the cold subs. The Italian is very good especially on Rosemary bread. I plan on trying other varieties.
Service: I have had multiple experiences some good and some bad. The bad experience is mostly when picking up my order compared to eating there. 1.They acknowledged my order, checked the bag but then made me wait 8 minutes to hand me my order. 2. Time: I asked for oil/vinegar on the side. The bag didn't have it in the bag so one girl put some in but then ignored me after that (bad). I wanted to know if they put oil/vinegar on the sandwich before I left. Another girl (good)stepped in, checked it and remade the sandwich for me. Some people have attitudes like I am bothering them for even being there. The food is great though.“

“Edited: received a call from a manager who explained everything that went on that night and for that reason changed stars to 4. This staff was working hard the entire time and they did have a lot of walk in traffic in fairness…however they gave zero priority to online orders. Every customer that walked in after me (and after online order ready time) got served and were gone before me. Same with other online orders waiting. Shut down online orders or work in order received! Happy to talk with anyone from the store or corporate!“

“It is wonderful for both patients and visitors that a Subway can be found inside the Medical Center of Trinity. Not only does it offer an alternative to cafeteria food, it provides food for patients after hours (i.e. those who we're admitted late in the day, etc). They offer the freshest veggies, meats and bread served by the friendliest employees. I like that it's tucked away a bit b/c it's never overcrowded and you're not subjected to that loud alarm that sounds when an online order has been placed. “I want to give them 10 Stars if I could..I had a horrible experience at the subway in New Port Richey off of 54 I ordered online waited 40 minutes for my food was told my order was cancelled and to contact them to find out the reason why I tried three times to call so then I drove up there and was told they don't honor coupons and they were just awful so I drove to the one in Holiday.Sarah, James and Candi. Were absolutely amazing my food was prepared absolutely perfectly they were polite they were very professional and did honor the subway app coupon. These employees were wonderful. And even though I paid for my dinner twice tonight I did not regret it I will never go back to the one that's closest to my house I will always drive a little bit further and go to the one in Holiday.“

“What a wonderful subway!! Clean and new and the sub I had was (unusually) made perfectly well and their ingredients were fresh and plentiful! The pizze my wife had looked and smelled so good I wanted some and I dont like pizza! Not like gas station subways which we have stopped going to as road warriors who spend a lot of time on the road and in Subways.I cant imagine what the other 2 people who left bad reviews experienced. Although,I did ask because of their accent, not the review, the owners are from Jordan and def have completely different cultures than ours. Maybe some understanding of their culture would leave us less judgemental and more understanding, besides you cant sit at a traffic light without someones "bump" so being loud is part of our country also. And maybe the guy was in the bathroom? Give him a break he's probably working the whole store by himself all night!!!“
