The bread is always soft and warm, and their fries are crispy and seasoned just right. I also love how fast and friendly the service is. Whether I’m grabbing lunch or dinner, the staff are always welcoming and efficient. The menu has great options for everyone, and they even have some tasty chicken and veggie alternatives.“

“I never go to that store, I made an order online, they did not receive it, but I showed them the bank account and the message that said they had collected the order. The girl talk to me to go wait for see the transaction would return the money. and he didn't even ask me for my name how they are going to return the money I am an old person and I pay my orders very bad service“

“Only issue was with the pretzel, extremely rubbery. Very hard to chew, most definitely very old! Jaw hurt so bad from trying to chew the pretzel, very difficult to eat my delicious cheesesteak sub. We order on the app and it's always the same sweet girl who does such a great job at making our subs exactly how we want em! Cookie was very good as always too!“

“Listen, I’m absolutely in love with the place but it seems like when I go there at night and the guys are working the older gentleman they always mess up my order and it’s always hard to order with them. I don’t know what’s going on. I know you’re older and you’re setting your ways but good leadership skills are to delegate roles if you don’t know the menu or how to change orders please let them do I mist out on food I love because you don’t listen well“

“I visited this location recently with my mother, and was upset to see that while weighing the meat for my sandwich (I'm sure this is so everyone gets the same amount) it was over a bit and was adjusted by taking off the excess turkey. And then it was thrown in the trash. Pretty wasteful. If its done for my sandwich, it is probably done for alot more in a day. Imagine how much money is being wasted.“

“Edited: received a call from a manager who explained everything that went on that night and for that reason changed stars to 4. This staff was working hard the entire time and they did have a lot of walk in traffic in fairness…however they gave zero priority to online orders. Every customer that walked in after me (and after online order ready time) got served and were gone before me. Same with other online orders waiting. Shut down online orders or work in order received! Happy to talk with anyone from the store or corporate!“

“It is wonderful for both patients and visitors that a Subway can be found inside the Medical Center of Trinity. Not only does it offer an alternative to cafeteria food, it provides food for patients after hours (i.e. those who we're admitted late in the day, etc). The food itself is the typical, high quality fare one would expect from the sandwich chain. I highly recommend.“

“I want to give them 10 Stars if I could..I had a horrible experience at the subway in New Port Richey off of 54 I ordered online waited 40 minutes for my food was told my order was cancelled and to contact them to find out the reason why I tried three times to call so then I drove up there and was told they don't honor coupons and they were just awful so I drove to the one in Holiday.Sarah, James and Candi. Were absolutely amazing my food was prepared absolutely perfectly they were polite they were very professional and did honor the subway app coupon. These employees were wonderful. And even though I paid for my dinner twice tonight I did not regret it I will never go back to the one that's closest to my house I will always drive a little bit further and go to the one in Holiday.“

They offer the freshest veggies, meats and bread served by the friendliest employees. I like that it's tucked away a bit b/c it's never overcrowded and you're not subjected to that loud alarm that sounds when an online order has been placed. There's something to be said for that, the employees are not stressed out or spread thin. It's a clean, chill little spot.“
