“We just picked up a mobile order this evening, and the woman at the drive thru around 9:30pm was an absolute sweetheart. We haven’t eaten the food yet, but even if it’s horrible, the service made up for it. Thank you for being a decent human, it’s hard to come by! :)“

“This Jersey Mikes location was phenomenal! The all female staff I encountered this morning were absolute sweethearts, had the best work ethic & attitude, clean work stations, and fast assembly times. Even when they were working on a humongous catering order, they still prioritized the customer in front of them. I cannot express how amazing these women are. I hope the manager and franchise owner sees this and gives them all the props and kudos possible.“

“I just got out of surgery and was very hungry so I stopped in to this store. I went to go pay and I forgot my wallet and asked them to hold my sandwich and I would be back to pay for the rest. They were kind enough to offer to cover the rest. What a great staff they have here and they really care about the people and community. A very special thank you to Ashley, Ethan, Cole & Toni.“

“Edited: received a call from a manager who explained everything that went on that night and for that reason changed stars to 4. This staff was working hard the entire time and they did have a lot of walk in traffic in fairness…however they gave zero priority to online orders. Every customer that walked in after me (and after online order ready time) got served and were gone before me. Same with other online orders waiting. Shut down online orders or work in order received! Happy to talk with anyone from the store or corporate!“

“This location is in a gas station. I have to admit I was a little skeptical. Once we made contact I felt much better. Great customer service and friendly.I had the Tuna and foot long cookie. I know what the say about the tuna but I still like it. Toppings were fresh. Cookie, what can I say. Who doesn't like a warm foot long chocolate chip cookie“

“This is my choice Subway.
They offer the freshest veggies, meats and bread served by the friendliest employees. I like that it's tucked away a bit b/c it's never overcrowded and you're not subjected to that loud alarm that sounds when an online order has been placed. There's something to be said for that, the employees are not stressed out or spread thin. It's a clean, chill little spot.“

“I want to give them 10 Stars if I could..I had a horrible experience at the subway in New Port Richey off of 54 I ordered online waited 40 minutes for my food was told my order was cancelled and to contact them to find out the reason why I tried three times to call so then I drove up there and was told they don't honor coupons and they were just awful so I drove to the one in Holiday.Sarah, James and Candi. Were absolutely amazing my food was prepared absolutely perfectly they were polite they were very professional and did honor the subway app coupon. These employees were wonderful. And even though I paid for my dinner twice tonight I did not regret it I will never go back to the one that's closest to my house I will always drive a little bit further and go to the one in Holiday.“
