Tonight I had a great dinner here and the customer service was great!! I did want to say that I have worked in the food industry for years myself and I did want to point out that I did notice a rather upset customer beside me, who seemed to be outraged beyond belief. I felt really bad for the manager and the staff as they were being kind and asking the lady what they could do to make it right. Lunch teppanyaki is a good deal. If you're at a normal table as opposed to at the hibachi grill the food is inconsistent in terms of flavor. It never is bad, but meal to meal can be noticeably different. Sushi is fresh and good. Hibachi grill seats stay pretty full and can involve a long wait if you don't have a reservation.

This place is sooo good! Esp if you get the noodles instead of rice. A little pricey still but cheaper than the other ones. The hibachi chefs are hilarious and really know what they're doing! The food was superb and the portion sizes were beyond satisfying. Gave a 4 star because the staff, however- the host and whoever makes the reservations over the phone, was rude and dismissive.
