“Stopped for brunch this morning first time there. It’s a typical diner. Was disappointed that a business that says Mitchell’s Mimosas had no champagne to make mimosas. It’s not far from a few places that they could’ve picked up a few bottles of sparkling wine if running low. It is Father’s Day after all. Best part of entire experience was the very friendly, efficient waitress Trinity. She was attentive, suggested a few things on the menu, ensured beverages were filled. Food was good- typical diner. Is it a place I would go out of my way for? Probably not. But if I do, I would want Trinity as my server.“

“The pb&jelly thai wings were great! The hush puppies were about standard. Everything came out hot. Menu is a bit pricey for the offerings, kinda limited choices. Alcohol was good with nice pours! Visually it's in old and you can tell but that's the allure of a haunted restaurant. Totally disappointed I didn't feel the spiritual, however I did have nostalgic childhood memories with the hanging plants above because my deceased mom had tons of plants on our house before she passed (spider plants) Great feeling!“

“I love this place, best wings in Titusville. If you like blue cheese with your wings, then you're in for a treat. They make their blue cheese dip from scratch and it's amazing. I can no longer eat blue cheese that comes in the pre-packaged tubs that most places serve. I always have excellent service, the food is really good, great atmosphere...it doesn't get any better. This place is so much more than a bowling alley.“

“Our server, Savana, was great. She really did her best, but I think the service problem was with the kitchen. Appetizers came out quickly, tasted great and the portion sizes were good. 3 entrees came out after a 30 minute wait, but the other 4 took 45 minutes AFTER the first ones were served. Needless to say, the first 3 were finished before the rest of us got our entrees. We ordered dessert and that took another 30+ minutes for 2 slices of orange cake and 2 slices of key lime pie. Savanna mentioned she had to cut the cakes herself. There was one table of 2 when we arrived and 2 tables of 3 or 4 Which arrived after us and got served before us. If you're looking for food that is okay , Go visit, if you're looking for exceptional service.It probably should not be on the top of your list. Poutine was great, chicken casadilla was very good, ceasar salad Lettuce was a little old, bolognaise was good and the penne Alfredo was very good.“

The Hardware Store Brewing Company has been on its own (wo Brix) for quite a while now and has still got its small brewery feel as it always has. Hardware has many great new brews from the original owner/brewer as all of the original Playalinda brews went with the new owners of Brix establishment.
Well worth the trip downtown with plenty of parking on the Indian River side of the brewery.“

Thank you for all the comments, supportive and not so supportive. As you can see, I take each one to heart and answer straightforward. I do not cut corners in my reviews, nor do I apologize for them. Finding myself meandering up the Space Coast, I grabbed my random eatery generator and punched in my location. A few nearby eateries popped up and I found myself near the local star, Cryderman's Barbecue. Curious as to who could hang in the same neighborhood, I ventured into Rec 225. The first impression was one of spic and span clean, like your kitchen when you know guests are coming over. Grabbing a table, our waiter Jo-Jo came over to see how we were doing. It turns out that Jo-Jo is also the owner and not only cares about the customer but obviously takes pride in his business as he was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and just downright awesome. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Jo-Jo. I placed an order for their eponymous sandwich, the 225, along with one Mac & Cheese grilled cheese and a side order of Bacon and Bleu fries. As for a drink, I went with the vaunted Jarritos Orange (how can you go wrong with this liquid concoction of pure delight?). Waiting eagerly for the foodstuffs to arrive I continued to glance about the place and found the interior charming. Before too long, Jo-Jo came back with my order, placed it upon my table and offering a sincere, "Enjoy your meal," Jo-Jo went off to address other patrons. Looking at the pictures you can see that everything certainly did look scrumptious! Grabbing the self-named sandwich, The Big Boy went to work. Comprised of bacon, Gouda, french fries, and tomato pesto on garlic Texas toast it was a delicious mouthful of exquisite flavor. The combination of the bacon and Gouda was enough to send one's taste buds into a dance of joy, add to that the fresh tomato pesto and the perfectly golden fries and you are entering the taste bud danger zone! Seriously, I thought mine were going to sashay right out of my mouth they were so pleased with the flavors found in this masterpiece of a sandwich. It almost felt like a crime when I set it down and turned my attention to the Mac & Cheese grilled sandwich, but a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. This was far from the simple grilled cheese we all ate as a kid. This incorporated classic mac&cheese with Gouda served on Texas toast. Grilled in butter to a perfect golden hue, it was thoroughly enjoyable on the palate. What I can say about the fries? They were cooked just right and smothered in bleu cheese and bacon. “We ate at The Kings Duck for dinner last night (11/19/25) and had Fish and Chips and a Mushroom Cheeseburger both with fries. The fries were some of crispiest, and tastiest we have ever had! Also, the Mushroom Swiss Burger cooked medium rare was perfectly cooked, which is hard to get done correctly. The Fish was also very good!!! I would recommend The Kings Duck for really good food!“

“This is one of our “go to” local establishments. They support our local schools and sports. We have never had bad service here, if anything was not right they have always fixed it, for 20+ years. Service has always been good. One of the regulars is Summer, she is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. Always good for suggestions and conversation. We like coming here to our local restaurant/bar. The food is good, the drinks are cold, you’ll probably run into your neighbor and there is always something to watch on the screens.“
