How are you out of pretzels if its 5 o’clock and you close at 9 PM bruh
Awful costumer service
I had a very disappointing experience at Auntie Anne’s.
They were completely sold out of pretzels — which is honestly shocking for a place that specializes in pretzels. The only items available were a few Cinnabons, which defeats the entire purpose of going there.
What made the experience worse was the customer service. The cashier, Naika, was rude and inattentive. She spent time talking to coworkers in Creole while customers were standing there waiting. As someone...read full review
