“This is the greatest Burger King I've ever been to in my life! I recently moved to the area and stopped for some food on 1/21/2024 order 539 Drive Thru Check:60101 Ordertaker 2 and omg what an amazing bunch of people! Thee greatest service I've ever experienced! I left the Drive Thru so fast that I didn't realize that didn't have my complete order which was my fault for not communicating and assuming, but as I was exiting I was stopped by the gentleman that had attended me at the window just to insure I had my complete order. This guy ran full speed to assure I received my complete order and as I said was totally my fault! I believe individuals like this should be recognized on a daily basis. “Last minute we decided to stop by as everything else was mostly closed and even though it was late the girl at the drive thru had an awesome attitude and was very very nice (I think her name is Kalyssa). It's very rare to find employees working with a smile in the food industry but she was a rockstar“
“Food was 'fresh' as it gets. Had nuggets, a burger, and fries. Ordered a sweet tea, and they accidentally gave me coke when I was told to pull up while they cook the food. When they brought my food out he already had the sweet tea with him. Can't complain.“
“This restaurant was a little busy. I expected to have to wait and have a little patience; only 4 to 5 employees working at the time.Expediting manager was a little confused on the front line....BUT, if it had not been for big Willy working the sandwich station, I believe things would have been far worse. He called out orders and ticket numbers; which ones he was working on and then directed the expediter as to which orders were complete and for what ticket number. To me, he seemed to take his position very seriously.Food was hot, order accurate. Yes had to wait. Only because one Burger King was temporarily closed. Another only had two employees working that I saw with a packed lot and drive-thru.Reason for four star is Burger King is starting to crumble as a company and needs proper guidance!!!“
“Haven't been to this location in a while because of the employees, but man, have things changed for the better!! We had our little dog with us in drive thru, and the team was gushing over him! They were so sweet to make him a 'pup' drink ( a little bit of ice cream) and his own little chicken nugget for the ride home! Super sweet, no one has ever treated us like that before! We felt special! I'm definitely coming back to this location every time we need the BK!“
