“I went to the counter after receiving my food and politely asked for some ranch. The employee handed me only one, so I kindly asked if I could have a little more. Both employees rolled their eyes and gave me an attitude, which was disappointing and unprofessional.
It shouldn’t feel uncomfortable to ask for a simple condiment, especially when it’s part of their job to provide good customer service. The experience made me not even want to go back up and ask for anything else.
However, the manager was such a sweetheart and truly understood where I was coming from. She handled the situation with kindness and professionalism, which I really appreciated. It’s nice to know there are still people in customer service who genuinely care about their customers.“

“Best Burger King around! Burger was picture perfect and the fries were the best I've ever had at a fast food place. Possibly the best I've ever had period!
Totally caught me off guard.
I didn't rate the atmosphere because I used the drive-thru.“
“Burger King has gotten significantly better here. I've lived here for 15+ years and the St. Lucie West Burger King was the butt of a lot of my family's jokes. Now, in 2026, the food is great, they are pretty fast (through the drive-thru at least), and everyone is very nice.“
“I always order my burgers with extra pickles and extra onions. I was CHARGED for the extra items, today. That's a first. Burgers King's "have it your way" needs to have an "*" to mention the new additional fees.“

“Tonight I went through drive through and had a wonderful and delightful experience with Samantha via over the speaker. She was so nice and informative and overall was just so friendly I loved it!
I drive to the next window where I encounter manager michael, another wonderful experience/encounter. He was truly so polite and so nice and I really enjoyed our short conversation together. He was very professional while also being very personable and sweet!
I get to the next window and was greeted by Samantha's bright and contagious smile. She made a great drink recommendation and while I waited for my order I felt as though I was chatting with an old friend.
I've only ever experienced quality food and service every time I come to this wendys. It is truly refreshing to come across such a pair of genuinely good people.
I hope these 2 employees can see this review and see that their positive attitudes do have an impact on people. I was having a hard night and they really both put a smile on my face. Especially samantha, she is a doll!“
“by far the best burger king in the area, if u live in ft pierce i would recommend just making the drive to this one. the employees are always nice and they always get my order correct and give me the right size drink unlike other burger kings where the employees always seem annoyed to have to make large drinks even tho its their job. the people at this one definitely care about the customers not just their paycheck.“
