“Visited Huey Magoo’s and had an excellent overall experience. Hospitality stood out immediately—Trinity was professional, transparent, and genuinely helpful. Rather than upselling, she answered comparative questions honestly and took the time to understand preferences. I even allowed her to order on my behalf, and her recommendations confidently represented the location well.

The restaurant was overall very clean and well maintained. One table had a few crumbs, likely due to recent guests leaving, but the rest of the dining area was orderly and inviting.

“I went here last week and they messed up my order. I called and left a VM and didn't get a call back. I went today again through the drive thru and asked the girl why don't they answer the phone and she said they are too busy. I said how can a manager be too busy to care about the feedback from their customers. If it wasent for me and all the people who are behind me in like you wouldn't have a job to work at. We keep this place along with many others in buisness. We choose to come here, there are many places to choose from especially on SLW Blvd. My son and I both got cookies and he wouldn't eat his so I took it to save it and it was hard as a rock! The same girl I was speaking to said to the other girl at the window that she didn't care about the customer ahead of me because she was all Ghetto ( her words) . Kinda strange for a young black girl to say that about a well off white women in a newer car. Not sure I will return as a customer it might be time to find somewhere else who will not only make our orders correctly but will make customers a priority.“
