My gluten free bun, in its package, was hard, almost like a microwaved convenience store sandwich. I was only able to eat half of it. “I placed an online order today and on my way to pick it up i stopped at Walgreens up the road to grab my prescription and a few things. While putting them in my trunk, i accidentally locked my keys in the trunk so I called the store to let them know that I will be there shortly i was waiting on my husband to bring me the spare keys. GM (im sorry I forgot her name) without hesitation stated she will drive to Walgreens and bring me my order! She showed up within 5 minutes and even offered to stay with me until my husband comes. Luckily he was just around the corner so she didn’t need to but what an AMAZING way to go above and beyond! I hope all the best for her and her store and I will MOST definitely be ordering again very soon!“

“I went here last week and they messed up my order. I called and left a VM and didn't get a call back. I went today again through the drive thru and asked the girl why don't they answer the phone and she said they are too busy. I said how can a manager be too busy to care about the feedback from their customers. If it wasent for me and all the people who are behind me in like you wouldn't have a job to work at. We keep this place along with many others in buisness. We choose to come here, there are many places to choose from especially on SLW Blvd. My son and I both got cookies and he wouldn't eat his so I took it to save it and it was hard as a rock! The same girl I was speaking to said to the other girl at the window that she didn't care about the customer ahead of me because she was all Ghetto ( her words) . Kinda strange for a young black girl to say that about a well off white women in a newer car. Not sure I will return as a customer it might be time to find somewhere else who will not only make our orders correctly but will make customers a priority.“

“Enjoy Dairy Queen as a kid and enjoy it as an adult nice to have one close to where I live. I go there a couple of times a week great chocolate malt milkshakes and hotdogs hamburgers. it is brand new.“

“This place filled my heart with joy last night! I sent my husband to Taco Bell to get the kids food because it was 1 am and I spent the last 6 hours doing homework and studying for an exam. I didn’t make dinner or do anything else, I was glued to the laptop! We are a pretty big family so our orders are big. They can reach upwards of 80 to 100 dollars if we buy food for every one. The staff were curious about who the heck was ordering so much food and why at that time of night. So my husband explained :The 8 kids and mom studying. They were shocked and decided that I deserved a break and blessed us with a few complimentary treats for our kids and beautiful words of encouragement written on our boxes. The world is full of negativity, so for a few strangers to offer such kindness is so amazing and should be recognized! Thank you to the staff at Taco Bell you guys are awesome!“

We don’t order out much because we’re broke lol also because every time we do something goes wrong with our order ? We went through drive through after we got off work and the girl working drive through was so sweet and genuine, you could hear it in her voice! Our food was so good and piping hot. “Ashley said she’d make sure my order was just right and fresh when my ubereats delivery took too long/kept reassigning drivers. The food came completely wrong- my husband is allergic to several ingredients that he toggled have omitted from his food. The ingredients he was allergic to were still on his food. I’m grateful we thought to check the food before eating it. I get it’s a hard job but please read instructions so you don’t give someone an allergic reaction out pure carelessness. Thanks for making a crummy situation even worse.“

“Wanted to try the new steak nuggets. They were so disappointing I didn't finish them, but the Mac and cheese was good. I usually just get a beef and cheddar and fries and it's usually decent. Pricing is getting way too high for fast food. 2 meals spent about $30. Fast food should be closer to $15-20 for 2 meals. Ridiculous.“
