“The food quality at this location is excellent. BEWARE this location consistently runs out of common dishes such as string bean chicken. They also don’t carry dishes promoted by the nationalchain such as firecracker chicken. Excellent quality when they have the dishes. Customer service overall is poor due to the high turnover and staff being very slow to prepare dishes for customers. Some staff are more knowledgeable and faster with preparing orders, but 65% of the time they are very slow and often confused not knowledgeable about pricing dishes or promotions.“
“I’m very impressed by the good customer service. They were so busy and “Joann” one of the wonderful employees took her time to make sure she took care of my Online pickup order. She gave excellent service and smiled as she did so. All of the other employees were kind and hard workers as well. God bless you all.“
