Starbucks in Port St. Lucie

“I wrote a similar review last year around this time about how awesome Melissa, Jordan, and the rest of the staff at this Starbucks are, but I just wanted to come back on here and say that this service at this Starbucks is amazing. I passed two Starbucks just to go to this one because I love The way I am treated. I normally only come during the season for my pumpkin cream, cold brew, and the staff make me and my daughter feel so welcomed and so loved every time. I just wanted to say thank you so much to the staff for all that they do, especially during the holiday season.“

“All the workers are so nice. They always give a warm welcome. I usually go to this Starbucks about 3 times a week before I head to school and they always make sure to make my order fast and amazing. They are so sweet and even wrote “Happy Tuesday” on my drink 😄“

“Shout out to the person working drive thru this morning. The car in front of me in a black suv was calling her rude and saying nasty things to the employee because they no longer carry holiday drinks? How is that her fault. The employee did not over step or say anything rude at all. People need to be more respectful and grateful customer service is already hard enough“

“I come to this location often as it’s right across from where I work. It is usually pretty good. There has been a few times where the espresso is a bit watery but I will say that the management will always do their part to make it right. Which is why I always come back. The customer experience is very important to me. Workers seem to be happy and a positive vibes environment. Keep up the good work ?. Shout out to Jordan for her excellent customer service skills.“
