However, I ordered a triple shot espresso and for the first time i ordered it on ice. Because I order this so often (hot), I feel familiar to know the amount that comes in the cup. When I received my cup and it appeared shorted, management assured me it was not yet were still more than happy to remake it hot for me. As much as I feel I was correct, I cannot deny the patience and understanding this morning's staff had towards me. Thank you!“
