The Starbucks at 1330 N Harbor City Blvd in Melbourne is hands-down one of the friendliest I've been to 🙌. The ladies working the morning shift are so kind, upbeat, and genuinely pleasant — it's a breath of fresh air compared to some places where you’re met with grouchy Gretchen vibes 😒☕.
My mocha? Perfect. Rich, hot, and made just right every time 🥰🍫🔥.

“My visit started off bad… my drink was completely wrong, food was cold. And I was missing a cake pop.
The manager whose name I didn’t get who was covered in tattoos was more than accommodating. She made sure I got my items remade quickly and correctly while making conversation she also gave me two coupons for my next visit
That turned into what was a bad experience into a good one

“This Starbucks coffee company spot has great customer service. I love the staff they are wonderful This area is a lil different then other. The manager has great work ethic environment always clean. I got to know some of the staff and they have other great abilities. One know how to crowsha really and another know tips for social media. Its always a pleasure getting my coffee here“
“I was greeted warmly and taken cared of quickly despite having a line of customers ahead of me. The shift mgr. heard my cries for my order and alerted the staff to make her aware of Tony's order. She was courteous and offered me discount cards for waiting patiently. “I don’t normally write reviews, but I just wanted to say how sweet the people working here are. I’m not from this area, I just happened to be visiting, but I decided to claim my birthday drink here. First off, whoever made my drink went above and beyond drawing this on my cup! And then, after I was sitting there for a while enjoying my drink, they brought out a plate of two cakepops and a written birthday greeting! I wanna thank these kind people for making my birthday morning so awesome, thank you so much 🫶“
“It is a very busy Starbucks, and I will leave it at that. The one thing that I will say, though, they try very, very hard in this location.
They are of course busiest after 7 AM, but if you place your order 15 to 30 minutes before you pick it up, it works out good. I stopped coming here for my daily coffee routine because they went up a little bit in prices compared to Dunkin’ Donuts, but my daughter’s love Starbucks.
