The atmosphere is very chill and I really enjoy what this coffee shop has to offer. thank you very much for treating somebody who has high functioning autism like a family member. “It is a very busy Starbucks, and I will leave it at that. The one thing that I will say, though, they try very, very hard in this location.
They are of course busiest after 7 AM, but if you place your order 15 to 30 minutes before you pick it up, it works out good. I stopped coming here for my daily coffee routine because they went up a little bit in prices compared to Dunkin’ Donuts, but my daughter’s love Starbucks.
You guys keep doing great hiring the personable stuff that you always do!!

“My visit started off bad… my drink was completely wrong, food was cold. And I was missing a cake pop.

The manager whose name I didn’t get who was covered in tattoos was more than accommodating. She made sure I got my items remade quickly and correctly while making conversation she also gave me two coupons for my next visit
That turned into what was a bad experience into a good one
My remade items were perfect!

“I get starbucks almost every morning. A different location has been consistently messing up my order and getting worse and worse over the last couple months. Well, today I had multiple issues with my order AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION and THAT manager was horrible. I called this location and spoke with Shawn and explained my issue. He gladly invited me to come into his location and have the drinks remade correctly! I didn't even buy them HERE! That's what you call customer service & making it right. I truly hope corporate sees this and recognizes the value of Shawn & the training opportunities for other locations. Heck, if he's up for it, I'm sure Shawn would love a pay increase in exchange for properly training managers of other locations! Thanks again Shawn! I'll definitely see you again brother! 💪🏻🙌🏻“

“I was greeted warmly and taken cared of quickly despite having a line of customers ahead of me. The shift mgr. heard my cries for my order and alerted the staff to make her aware of Tony's order. She was courteous and offered me discount cards for waiting patiently. I'm grateful to have customer service respond as they should "the customer is the most important person in this house" Thank you Crystal.“

“I don’t normally write reviews, but I just wanted to say how sweet the people working here are. I’m not from this area, I just happened to be visiting, but I decided to claim my birthday drink here. First off, whoever made my drink went above and beyond drawing this on my cup! And then, after I was sitting there for a while enjoying my drink, they brought out a plate of two cakepops and a written birthday greeting! I wanna thank these kind people for making my birthday morning so awesome, thank you so much 🫶“
