“The only Starbucks I frequent, as it's inside a Barnes & Noble ?This means I get discounts via my B&N membership, and any purchases count towards B&N rewards. Never terribly busy, always friendly service, always clean. Just so.“

“An elderly lady came in and was struggling to understand the menu as well as the process. This young man, named Danny, was patient and kind and even came around the counter to show her where something was on her receipt (that she was struggling to find). He never once became agitated or rude with her. Also, the pumpkin spice latte is amazing.“

“Starbucks is usually pretty busy, but the line moves quickly, which makes it an easy stop even during peak times.

The coffee is consistently good, and the baristas are experienced and do a great job preparing drinks. The staff is friendly, and the store is always clean and well maintained. It’s also nice to see the manager actively on the floor, greeting customers and helping things run smoothly.

Overall, it’s just a solid, reliable place to grab a drink and go about your day. A consistently positive experience every visit definitely a 5-star store in my book.“
