I had a cookies and cream milkshake while my husband had regular chocolate ice cream scoops. They were delicious! The vibe is very down to earth and staff was friendly. I really like their cookies and cream ice cream as the chocolatey part of it was more of a rich taste than a sweetened taste, speaking from someone who doesn’t like when things are too sweet.

The Frozen Palm Tree is a cute little shop that offers a variety of frozen treats. The menu includes ice cream, cookies and cream ice cream, cookies and cream milkshake, regular chocolate ice cream scoops, Brazilian açaí cup, salted caramel in a waffle cone, smoothies, milkshakes, cones, and even protein shakes. They have so many flavors and ways to hold it, including cones, waffle cones, waffle cups, and paper cups. There are dairy free options as well. The ice cream is delicious and super creamy, and the açaí is AMAZING. The fillings are put all the way to the bottom of the cup, not just on top. The vibe is very down to earth and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and provides outstanding customer service. There is a space for kids and an arcade machine, which makes it such a fun place to go as a family. Every detail is adorable, even the bathroom is cute. Great service and great prices make this a must-visit spot.
