cheese not being same temperature as the rest of the sandwich or biscuit (happens in the morning)

Cheese not being aligned in the center of the sandwich (regular issue)

The fries sometimes dont have any salt (this usually happens past 6 pm)

Sometimes, when I come late at night, the tables are dirty.“

Anthony checked me out and we got lost in conversation about how great the roasted bbq sauce was that it felt like we were friends since birth. Side note it's fire. I noticed there was a plaque for the independent owner and I read her mission statement and it shows how much she loves her community and her store cause they all seemed well taken care and loved their job. This location is truly exceptional—from the management team, to the afternoon and evening crew, to the outstanding overnight staff. And I must give special mention to the night supervisor or team leader, who is always professional, attentive, and, frankly, quite the handsome gentleman. Their customer service has never disappointed me.
