“I had been dying to try out Miami Baked since I heard about it a while back. I went last night and it did not disappoint! We ended up waiting about half an hour, which was faster than I expected and much more bearable since it was cold out. The churros and hot chocolate were amazing -- hot chocolate was thick and creamy (almost European style) and the churros were crispy and covered in cinnamon sugar. We also got the Oreo tres leches which was really good. My boyfriend also got the guava tres leches which he liked a lot.“

There are plenty of tables to sit at, if you don't mind eating in the miami heat, considering this is outdoors. My recommendation would be to show up early. The parking on the grass/dirt gets filled quickly and the food trucks do tend to run out of food around 10/11pm depending on how busy it is. All in all, will visit more times to try different locations.“

They came up quickly and since it was my first time there, they quickly explained what they do. Love that there are photos of for each of the items. I ordered croquetas alongside with my pizza since I got out of work and was really hungry and thought the pizza wouldn't be enough. Let me tell you, it is a decent size for a personal pizza that I didn't really get the chance to eat the croquetas. I was immediately full! I loved that. Not too much but enough to fill up. The price was also decent as well. My personal pizza costed $10.40, which was the Chicken Rustica Pizza, and the croquetas were $5.20. “Listen, the food here is amazing. I am absolutely gobsmacked by how delicious the Chicken Tikka Pizza I had yesterday was, and I ate the leftovers today and almost died of flavor explosion. I couldn't recommend that dish enough. Although I will say it's spicy as hell even if you order it mild, the flavor was so good I battled through the heat. It was 100% worth it. My boyfriend on the other hand was less of a fan because because red sauces really upset his stomach and the heat was too much for him, but he loooooved the veg samosas and the sauce that came with them. The sauce sort of tastes like a mix of tamarind and apple sauce to me, it was very unique and my boyfriend says it was a really good pairing with the samosas. I was less of a fan of the samosas as the Tikka Pizza (although they were obviously still tasty) because I'd prefer they had meat in them, but I'm glad we both found something we loved. This was our second time coming here and the first time I had the Butter Chicken and I was utterly dumbfounded by how delicious the flavors were. Just simply transported to a world of pure joy. My boyfriend adored the lamb Biryani. There is something for everyone here. I really can't recommend this place enough. The cook is a wonderful, warm hearted, experienced woman. You can tell she loves what she does, and she puts so much love and effort in every dish. This restaurant and chef, in my opinion, is worth a long drive to visit. Perfectly prepared with fresh ingredients. While we were enjoying our meal, the owner surprised us with a special appetizer...basically ceviche in a plantain tart cup (see photo). “I love that this market goes on every Saturday at our beautiful Coral Reef Park. There are two sections to the market and you can take a beautiful walk in the park along the canal to get to both sides. You can also walk through the shady lawn between the two sections. The park has tons of parking. Even if you park on the far west side of the park, it is worth the pretty walk to the farmers market on the east side. You can also park at St. Richards Church and use the crosswalk or across 77th Ave but I don't recommend that because crossing that street is not very safe. I am getting to know and love so many of the vendors. My favorite two vendors get me there almost every Saturday: Mama Dukes for her outstanding Açaí Bowls (she also has Italian Ice) and ImmunizationHolistics for their super fresh pressed juice. I have also enjoyed buying gorgeous orchids for ridiculously low prices. I love to support LOCAL and SMALL BUSINESSES!
