“The staff is wonderful. They are all very welcoming and polite. Sarah and Ryan (the owners) are amazing humans with such kind hearts. I’ve tried almost every drink on the menu and have never been disappointed. Downtown Kava has helped me A LOT throughout my recovery due to being a safe and sober environment. I have met and made wonderful friends hanging out here. DTK has honestly become my second home and I recommend this place for everyone!“
“Great food as expected from Panera. This is a new design looking store which is brighter and seems more ‘fast food’ rather than come meet a coworker for a meeting.That’s fine, but it is the first Panera that I’ve been to that has single-use disposable plastic utensils and cups for dine in, which I really hope doesn’t become the new norm for Panera - good thing we brought our own reusable utensils. I love that Panera has always had reusable for dine in. Reuse folks - we are drowning in single use plastics.“

“A group of 22 ladies went Thursday and we had THE best service! Food was outstanding and the soups delicious! Our waitress took care of us all with no problems, no wrong food! She was wonderful!! We will definitely be going back!!“

“Haven't Been in some time, it was lunch time, and we wanted some fresh loaves of bread and bagels togo, but there was hardly anything to choose from, is this how it is nowato go,
Most of the empty tables were all dirty, Food was Okay, the Mexican corn chowder was very very thick! The baguette seemed old not fresh.
Was hoping the bagel sandwiches were still available but they were discontinued 😩
Place needs a fresh update and smiling faces when you walk in, miss the days of cashiers and not ordering on a machine :(“

“I'm from Ft. Myers. I work in Port Charlotte on Saturday. I've made a habit of going to Mercers for either coffee, breakfast, and sometimes both. This morning I decided to try a new item that I had not tried before. It's the egg and spinach breakfast wrap. Oh my goodness, LITERALLY!!! It's delicious! Huge, fresh spinach and veggies. Highly recommended for coffee and food. Great staff too.“
