I think this location had its growing pains, but I went yesterday via the drive thru and all of our dishes were good. My burrito was perfect and stuffed with steak. Everything was seasoned well and the staff was polite and had our meal ready ontime. I will definitely be back.
The best chipotle on the zone I go there like everyday and food and attention to the customer is great !
Went there my husband doesn’t eat meat so he ask for extra rice beans and veggies the gentleman helping us really gave attitude when trying to get the extra product that he want still never got the extra vegetables or beans got a bowl full of rice. I may have to go back to port charlotte to get our order right and without attitude.

Chipotle Mexican Grill at this location is relatively new and is still working through some growing pains. Many customers have experienced good service and enjoyed their meals, particularly the burrito stuffed with steak and the beef barbaco meal. The staff is generally polite and attentive, with meals prepared on time. The restaurant is clean and uses excellent, fresh ingredients, which adds to the positive experience.
However, there are some concerns regarding food preparation. A few reviews mentioned issues with the salad being overly wet and the portion sizes not being satisfactory, especially during the opening days. Customers have suggested improvements, such as better drainage for salads and more efficient use of the pick-up counter to help alleviate wait times.
Overall, while the restaurant has received mixed feedback, many customers appreciate the quality of food and the friendly service, indicating a willingness to return and give the restaurant more chances as it continues to improve.
