Customer service still means a lot to me. Jennifer here at this DD location gets it. She changed my whole mood with her fantastic attitude.
I understand that there are rush periods, but even at those times a please and thank you is never too much to ask from a cashier. I wish all businesses recognized the importance of this little polite interaction.

While waiting for my order inside I needed to use the restroom. Knocked no one responded . Waited a few minutes to see if someone came out no one did, I said to the two female employees the door must be locked and no one’s in there. Rudely one said someone’s in there and I responded if you don’t want me to use it just say so. She got nasty. Eventually an employee came out, phone in hand.
