“I visited this establishment for a friend’s birthday celebration. It was Christmas themed, so I enjoyed the decorations and the atmosphere! The food was pretty good. The service could’ve been a lot better as I believe that the waitress did not check on us as often since gratuity was already included. Overall, the experience was pretty good. I would visit again.“

“While visiting from out of state, I broke out my elderly 85yr old aunt from her stuffy nursing home for some fresh air and a bite to eat and was surprised by a live cover band 'Jezzabel' (if I recall the name correctly) and they were awesome! My dear aunt had nothing but a smile and smirk the whole time during the show and had an absolute blast! She had the burger and fries while I had the fish and chips. Its was made fresh and served hot. Special thanks to our server Sarah whom was patient and very nice and warm with her, even when she stopped her to admire her tattoos. Perhaps it was the crowd but everyone was nice and the band even waited a moment while I walked her out after our visit. Beer was cold and fresh, although I did leave a 2nd full glass on the table (my poor aunt could only handle one). Thank you for the memories and great service. I forever will be known in my family as the bad a$$ nephew who took his dear elderly aunt out to the pub for food, beer and live rock music and making what may be my last great memory with her. I highly recommend if you happen to be around.

“I came in for a late lunch, and man, did I get a wonderful surprise. This place has a diverse menu without losing its traditional Irish pub feel and tastes. I had the shepherds pie, which was cooked to perfection. With a perfectly poured Guinness. The staff was friendly and really new the menu. I will definitely be back to try some of their other dishes.“

“This is a local bar that doesn't serve food but does provide service with a smile. I truly love this bar. They do not have pool tables, but it's a little too small for pool anyway. They have several dart boards and a pretty good selection of liquor and beer. This bar always has a chill atmosphere and never any unnecessary drama!!! Great locals spot!“

“First time coming to the Salty Shamrock for the Santa Breakfast. This was an amazing experience. They had so many things to do to keep the kids busy. Reindeer food making, crafts, letters to Santa and of course pictures with the “big guy.” Myself and my kids loved this perfect morning. “In this case stars for food are for those of the liquid & adult persuasion. They carry Kilkenny (?) beer on draft--poured slow for that nice velvety effect. The bartender, "Mick"(sp?), was very welcoming and informative of their specials. And the prices were very reasonable, IMO, especially for downtown (Kilkenny draft, plus a Caroline's Irish Cream on the rocks, <$14). 🤷🏽‍♀️ Video trivia to play along with, darts, and lots of daily drink specials for $4- $6, including weekends, AND a BOGO drink offer for newcomers. Lots of TV's for sports viewing (there's a sign that says they play NFLtick-- but also futbol, Lightning, etc. Clean and contemporary, indoor and outdoor seating.
