“Hesitant to rate this well because it almost feels like a little undiscovered treasure. The food is great, reasonably priced, and the whole place is very quiet and relaxing. It's a nice way to wait for your flight and totally worth the price. I always wait here for my flight to get close to boarding time and then go to my gate.“
“I was scared to visit Strandhill bc a seafood allergy but finally went. Roxana and Cassidy helped us. They assured me my wings will be safe. It was an awesome place. Good vibes excellent food and great service. You will have a fun night. I am glad we visited. Thank you !“
“Our bartender Ryan was great. They do not serve food but you are welcome to bring your own in from one of the many nearby restaurants or get delivery. Great happy hour and daily drink specials. We went specifically for Golden Tee golf, but there are other bar games and a pool table. Bathrooms were clean and stocked too.Parking: It's located in the corner of a decent sized plaza so parking was free and plentiful“
“Fine memorabilia and pictures, great service. Interior is decorated as a village, with many semi-private snugs, a safely separate darts room, and a covered outdoor courtyard bar. If only they hosted a weekly Irish Traditional Music session, it would be Irish pub heaven!“
“What a pleasant surprise. Popped in before our reservations at Rocca. Paige convinced me that their espresso martini was the best town. She was absolutely correct. We had a fantastic experience and will be back. Thanks for making our birthday celebration so feel so special!!“
“On a leisurely Sunday evening, my craving for a refreshing cold beer led me to explore the local pub scene. Paddy Wagon Irish Pub, with its lively atmosphere and patrons immersed in the excitement of a Sunday game, seemed like the perfect spot.Approaching the bar, I was greeted by the sight of people savoring their drinks and soaking in the spirited ambiance. Opting for a classic choice, I decided to indulge in a Yuengling Beer from the tap.The bartender swiftly poured a pristine glass of Yuengling, presenting me with a chilled, crisp masterpiece. As I took that first sip, the beer revealed its clean and invigorating taste. The coldness washed over my palate, delivering a satisfying refreshment. The smooth drinkability of Yuengling proved to be precisely what I needed to unwind on a laid-back Sunday afternoon.“
“Ryan was excellent. We can in from out of town and my other half wanted to see the ND game, he's a huge fan. It wasn't on local TV so Ryan put on his Peacock account and put the game on for us with sound. Great bar knowledge and great atmosphere. Clean and well maintained bar. Can't wait to visit again!“
“Perhaps its in my old age that I really love good old fashioned comfort foods. Mashed potatoes, ground meat, veggies, all lovingly layered and topped off with cheese. What more could a girl want? I thought St. Patrick's Day weekend was the PERFECT time to enjoy the classic Shepard's Pie dish, a staple that seems to be getting harder for me to find somehow... So what better place to enjoy this than Irish 31? I was in area anyway with Muffin, so we swung by. It was pretty packed due to the holiday and the time, nevertheless, it didn't take long for a friendly server to acknowledge me and usher me inside to sit anywhere I wish. Again, I had Muffin (my shih tzu) so I had to sit outside. I managed to snag a spot outside, and a few beats later, my server brought me out my menu. I've been here before, and I remember loving the Shepard's Pie here, so it was the obvious choice for me to get. I didn't take long at all for the food to arrive. I love this classic dish. Hearty ground beef with peas and carrots (so it can somewhat resemble healthy food and add a pop of color, of course) savory gravy, and creamy mashed potatoes, all baked and topped with a generous helping of cheese. Everything was perfectly layered and portioned so that I got the perfect balance of all the textures from the meat, veggies, and potato with cheese in one bite. It was VERY filling for me, so that was all I got and I left more than satisfied. I love how despite they were busy, service was friendly and quick, bringing the right vibe and energy to the holiday weekend.“
“The service is so excellent with the bartender Jessica Riozzo. She's rock! The food is so delicious and I really satisfied this great meal and their place is so coolest and I would love to come back there again for next time. They has great live DJ music too.“
“Wanted to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day early so we had to go to an Irish Pub! Never tried Maloney’s so we’re excited to give it a go. The wife had the Shepherds Pie. Baked to perfection, tasted great, and came with a side of extra gravy. She loved it. I tried their Grouper Rueben. Very tasty, kraut cheese and sauce. Washed it down with a cold draft and we were satisfied.“
“The place to be to watch the English Premier League in the Greater Tampa area! Home of the Arsenal, ManU, Man City, and Chelsea supporters groups... Accommodating and friendly staff welcome you in at all times. Also the place to party in SoHo evenings!“
“I got a corned beef and cabbage and an order of onion rings to go. Hands down, most likely the BEST corned beef I have ever had. Nice and tender. Mashed potatoes and onion rings were delicious. My only complaint is that there was very little cabbage. Other than that...I'll be back and ordering 2 so that I can eat some the next day ?Wheelchair accessibility: Has ramp into restaurant/bar.“
“Surprisingly enough they serve the best Fish and Chips around! Nice white flaky fish with just enough coating...2 large pieces...slaw and fries...all great...what really makes it is the homemade tartar sauce. It is so good we always request extra to dip our fries in it! Wish I could remember our waitress's name...the sweetest most pleasant girl... She works days...she always has a smile for us and is quite attentive to our needs. If you like GOOD fish and chips, give them a try.“
“the dude with the red beard is actually phenomenal; he is my favorite bar tender and gives lovely service always one up for conversation, this bartender never lets down. love this place. honestly a great time. i'm one to yelp when things go very poorly, however the Dubliner and this particular bartender deserved an outstanding yelp review.“
“James Joyce hands down is the best pub in Tampa. It's a given that the food and service is great and I'm sure that would be a takeaway for anyone reading these other reviews. It's the JJ staff that requires a standing ovation. I've never met such personable, caring, funny & fun staff at any establishment I've ever been and this has turned me into a regular. The perks of being a regular such as the drinking team, the punch cards, and rewards points are great. Nick, Chris, Cady, Sadie, Izzy, Rene, Danny, Justin, Captain Kirk, the kitchen staff, as well as others I may be forgetting are all great people and this place sure knows how to pick their staff so much so this pub is like a family and the owners are great people as well. James Joyce has the best Guinness I've had, the best wings & other dishes, as well as phenomenal entertainment. I would highly suggest stopping in on a Monday or Friday evening to grab dinner, a drink or 5, & listening to Captain Kirk the live entertainment. Don't hesitate to try some of the best wings you'll ever have, a reuben, prime rib sandwich, etc. one of the 50 beers on tap, a great selection of liquors, perfectly poured mixed drinks, and an atmosphere to keep you coming back I promise you wont be disappointed“
