“Great dive bar with amazing people! No, they don't have any of those fancy beers but they do have Randolf and Ketta out there grilling up some amazing meat and macaronni salad! The bartender Kim made is immediately feel like family, and the regulars quickly included us into their conversation.“

“This was our 3rd visit to Tapper Pub since the reopening. Never was a patron because of the smoking inside. No more though! We have enjoyed the visits and the food has been excellent! Pastrami, corned beef sandwiches have been excellent!! They have enough outdoor tables that even if you come upon a smoking customer, there are enough tables to separate from that! Bring your pup for Outdoor only though! Tabitha( day time bartender) hope I got that correct, is super nice and they have cold beer/wine but today are beginning to get the draft beer installed!! “Bad Monkey Bar in Ybor City is a hidden gem that offers a fantastic blend of being in the heart of the action while still providing a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The food was delicious, cheese sticks were the best I've had in a long time and the service was top-notch. Cook got the wrap wrong but no biggie since I was honestly trying to decide between the Buffalo chicken wrap or the chopped beef wrap. Ordered the chicken with ranch but was actually the chopped beef. No complaints that the cook decided for me lol. Also while eating, I loved the feeling of being on the strip yet feeling like I had found a secret spot to enjoy. Can't wait to go back and soak in the unique ambiance all over again!“
“Friendly server/bartender. Food is decent, but thanks to inflation it's way more expensive than it should be. Even more so at this place because the prices were higher than other sports bars I've recently visited. For example: $13.99 for a fish sandwich with crinkle cut fries, and the fish wasn't really big enough for the bun it was on. Next time I'll try a burger instead, and I'll post an update on that experience.Plenty of TV's to watch multiple sports at the same time, and the bartender is happy to put on whichever game or event you're wanting to watch.“

“Perhaps its in my old age that I really love good old fashioned comfort foods. Mashed potatoes, ground meat, veggies, all lovingly layered and topped off with cheese. What more could a girl want? I thought St. Patrick's Day weekend was the PERFECT time to enjoy the classic Shepard's Pie dish, a staple that seems to be getting harder for me to find somehow... So what better place to enjoy this than Irish 31? I was in area anyway with Muffin, so we swung by. It was pretty packed due to the holiday and the time, nevertheless, it didn't take long for a friendly server to acknowledge me and usher me inside to sit anywhere I wish. Again, I had Muffin (my shih tzu) so I had to sit outside. I managed to snag a spot outside, and a few beats later, my server brought me out my menu. I've been here before, and I remember loving the Shepard's Pie here, so it was the obvious choice for me to get. I didn't take long at all for the food to arrive. I love this classic dish. Hearty ground beef with peas and carrots (so it can somewhat resemble healthy food and add a pop of color, of course) savory gravy, and creamy mashed potatoes, all baked and topped with a generous helping of cheese. Everything was perfectly layered and portioned so that I got the perfect balance of all the textures from the meat, veggies, and potato with cheese in one bite. It was VERY filling for me, so that was all I got and I left more than satisfied. I love how despite they were busy, service was friendly and quick, bringing the right vibe and energy to the holiday weekend.“
“On Friday night I moved up to Carrollwood from a neighborhood off of Hillsborough Blvd and was starving so looked for a place to eat walking distance since I still had the U-Haul so came here since they were open until 11pm. You know how it can be going to a restaurant 35 minutes before closing sometimes which I’ve worked in enough to understand, but the server Allison was attentive and patient. I had fish and chips and the fish was perfectly fried with a perfect texture. I hadn’t eaten at a Beef O Brady’s in several years and will definitely return!“
“I did build your own burger with tomato, garlic aoli, American cheese, and avocado and it was very delicious. For the side, I upgraded to the truffle fries, and I definitely think it was worth it. I got the $5 happy our price for Angry Orchard cider. This place does an awesome burger!!! My mom was able to get a gluten free hamburger bun for $2 up charge. We loved our dinner.“
“Haley said it was her first night but she must be pulling our leg! She was an awesome waitress and took care of us all night. She came back often enough to check that we had anything we needed but left us alone to enjoy each other’s company and the food.The food was yummy, we had chicken curry naan tacos and chicken cutlet sandwich. It was so good we didn’t make it to dessert and I LOVE bread pudding. We will be back!“

“Fantastic pub with friendly staff very close to Tampa airport. They have karaoke on Fridays and painting nights on Saturdays, and offer snacks and frozen food in addition to drinks. It is a smoking bar, so keep that in mind. Highly recommend overall.“
