“another great dive bar in the area, you do not need to bring your own smokes because the air you breath is all you need, the bartender/waitress/chef works hard, all the while holding her smoke in her cake hole. Good stuff. Music is good, the corned beef on rye and the beef dip are delicious and what at great price, half of what you would pay anywhere else, if you are a member of a motorcycle club, you are welcome if not wearing colors, it says so right on the door. There is a bowling arcade game that is to die for, real action. There was not an available seat at the bar where the day drinking members had taken over, each with a beer and a shot, chain smoking. What a fantastic way to enjoy a quick visit to Largo, I will be back,“
“Friendly staff and tried a couple of pizza slices. Unlike slices in NYC I suspect they add toppings to a cheese slice, and it's good. The place was busy and everyone was enjoying the food and vibe. I sat at the bar watched some sports and had a beer. Very good place to bring the rest of the family.“
“It looks amazing, haven't eaten here. But it smells so good. I think typical bar food. This is the place for 45 and up though..and always a new type of live music FROM ? piano to polka to jazzy classics. :) ? this place is a the classy, local, older crowd but all are welcome.“
“The staff is amazing and friendly, knowledgeable of beer selection. And Randi’s Lavigne the manager great person hands on as you don’t have too. He is not sitting in an office like most he is visible and out with his staff making sure everything is perfect which you don’t find much anymore. If you are ever in the area a must stop for sure you won’t be disappointed ever. An absolute must visit. And finally Keliha is amazing bartender stop and see her. Thanks Brian and Justine“
“Engine No.9 may seem small at first glance, but don't let its size fool you—it's a lot bigger than you think. The cozy atmosphere adds to its charm, making it a perfect spot for a laid-back night out. Despite its compact layout, the bartenders are a pleasant surprise—super kind and attentive, even if they don't look like it at first glance! The prices at Engine No.9 are fair, ensuring you get great value for your money. Plus, there's no shortage of food options to complement your drinks, catering to various tastes and preferences. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a full meal, you'll find something to satisfy your cravings. Overall, Engine No.9 offers a delightful experience that exceeds expectations, making it a must-visit destination for anyone looking for good drinks, good food, and good vibes.“
“Comfortable local bar. Great prices. Never saw a spat or anything over laughter on a game or well-speared joke. Stopped once looking for a friend. Karaoke Wednesday? Nvr there consistently. It was just nice to shoot a game of pool. Got skipped by regulars, since new. Was a nice gesture. Nvr had food so cannot rate. So gave that a 5 tooParking: Open lot in a strip mall. So plenty all day.Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure“
“It's a nice bar. Good drinks. Food is ok. Pizza is ok. The burger wasn't the best and the fries were terrible. The fries seemed old. Definitely not crisp. Worst fries I've ever had. I told the waitress and she just said I'm not the cook and didn't tell anyone.“
“We actually decided to try this place because a couple doors down, the Cuban place ended up having bad customer service and bad sanitary practices. And of course this place was not a disappointment at all. The service was great. We had the Greek chicken salad, with a flatbread pizza. It was really good. And despite the fact that it was only one waitress who pretty much handled the whole place. In fact she let me try a sample of her three favorite beers. And they were all very good, I ended up going with the sour flavored one, Florida version. Needless to say she was very good. We didn't feel the service was lacking. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. If we weren't just visiting from out of town, we would definitely be back, and we highly recommend. ??“
“Fun place with golf, darts, great atmosphere and customer service. Latest improvement here is the guy cooking crepes. 3 different flavors he had was roast beef & brie, Banana, Strawberry and Nutella Peanut Butter, and a Tuna and Gouda Cheese all on a crisp soft crepe.“
“It smells when you walk in, but it's clean. I didn't like you walk through the outside seating with people smiling to get in. Big draw back for people who have asthma. They have lots of TV's. They had sports and movies on. Our waitress was great. She was always walking by asking if we needed anything and refilling our tea. She was extremely busy, but could handle her load. She was upbeat with a good personality. I have OCD, so when they brought us our silverware and it's pulled out of the holder sitting at the hostess desk it grossed me out. I'm so glad I carry my own silverware when going out to eat. The food was good. We had onion rings and mozzarella cheese for appetizers. My dish was chicken, broccoli and a salad. My husband had blackened white fish with veggies. It was all delicious. They have a variety of options to choose from on the menu. We will be going back to try the wings. I do recommend trying Beef O' Brady's out. It's family friendly, but also had a bar section.“
“Me and my wife are building a house a block away from simions...we stopped in a couple of weeks ago just to check the place out seeing it is so close to our house.....the bartender seemed really nice (sally) I think was her name and we meet the owner also seemed like a nice guy??small world the owner is from Massachusetts and so are we....I'm looking forward to having many drinks at Simon's seeing it's 5 houses away lol....see you guys soon.... “We've been 'boot quite' regulars for the past three winters. Always frosty pint glasses for Yeungling draft. Always great servers. Always really good food. Lived on Cape Cod for many years, and are fans of their chowder. Nor as good as Cape Cod, but close. Fantastic burgers, sandwiches and salads.“
“Ok I tried the buffalo chicken wings . When they came out I was like wow these look exactly like the wings at the anchor bar in buffalo where they were invented. Let me tell you they were better I can not believe how incredible they were . Words can't describe how phenomenal they were. I will be back weekly they are that good the best in the USA wow what a find“
“8th street Pub at Safety HarborBaked wingsOrdered Dee's wings and mango habanero.Dees were super savory and gave off notes of italian dressingMango habanero was super sticky but enough tang and heat to pass the test for me.Inhouse blue cheese and ranch. We had the blue cheese obviously....because were not children.Sauce was lacking....plenty of it but just not pungent enough nor enough chonk. On the pricier side. 8 jumbo wings for 15Rating: 8.5 /10Would order againService was fantastic.“
“Was there on Monday evening. Good food, great service. Bartender was very attentive. Filled our soft drink glasses several times without us asking, emptied ash trays often, made sure he asked if our friend was ready for another beer. We definitely WILL be back. And the guy working Karaoke was an excellent singer!“
“so glad there is a bar that you can have it all , yes they have cocktails not just beer and wine . its a dive bar feel , please keep it that way do not change or update it , its like stepping back in time kind of bar , oh and you dont have to go outside and freeze to have a smoke. wish i lived closer to it would be my local fav.“
“One of the oldest and best breweries in the Tampa area. Their core pales and IPAs are well above average and they make exceptional light fruited styles (wheat, saison, sours). They have stouts too but if you want a glass of brownie batter you're better off going to cycle or angry chair. Overall I think 7th Sun has the best service and atmosphere of any brewery in Tampa. The servers are friendly, helpful, and fast and everyone there always seems to be having a nice relaxing time. I never go to Honeymoon island, Dunedin, or the Pinellas trail without stopping at 7th.“
“We love to go there and watch the cats band on third Friday. They just have beer and wine I wish they had shots of vodka but that's okay.. we end up with white claw. Wish you had those mojitos. small dance floor but we all pack in like sardines. Bartenders are super busy. Maybe add one more on third Friday. How about add one more on third Friday! The manager should adjust the tables so they don't wobble they are all soo wobbly. Lots of fun here. Oh yeah if you get any extra money add another bathroom!“
“local dive bar carports pool tables all your regular shots liquor some lines most years that you could possibly want. a very local crowd a little bit older 55 average age but they do have several nights where they get college age clientele all at all decent place to go and wet your whistle“
“Long story but I’ll keep it short. I love love love pizza. I’ve had pizza all over the world. I’ll go ahead and say it: the best pizza may or may not be found in NYC. It may or may not be found in Chicago. I’m certain of one thing: the best pizza in Pinellas County is found at A’Amore’s!“
“Happy hour is until 6 pm, and on Wednesday, they have $10 any smash burger, double win! The server, Kara, was amazing! They make their own onion rings fresh, which tasted awesome. They make their own ranch, tasted awesome. We got a smash burger and the nashville chicken, both were dry. But the fries were really good. The service made up for it all as we would be back due to Kara.“
“No food at this establishment. Beer only. No liquor so if you want liquor this is at the place to find liquor unfortunatelyParking: Do yourself a favor and park in the back. Don't park on the 54th avenue side. Very difficult to get out of“
“Quintessential dive bar. Haze of smoke and whiff of stale beer upon entrance. Draft section and liquor rail that leans toward the old tried and true with just a smattering of the new dangled boogie juice. Full blend of clientele including a few that have the look that lets you know they've lived some things that aren't to be talked about. At least not for a few more drinks. Cheap pool table that still sports a couple cues that roll relatively straight. One of those damn new internet connected jukeboxes ..... sigh. (Can't stem the tide on everything.) Perhaps the one thing that does stand out about Steve's, at least in my visits, is that the staff seems to be universally friendly and inviting. Gotta be honest though, adding one gruff old fart behind the bar might not be a bad thing to complete the place. Bring cash. Buy drinks. Leave your pretense at the spots surrounding it, and you'll have a fine time.“
“Happy St. Patrick's Day!! Hadn't been there in 13 years...wow this place is even better than before!!! They've put a lot of work into it and it shows. So glad Covid didn't take you away.Try the Corned Beef Special...yum!!! So glad we started drinking here on St. Patties. Thank you to Sissy, Margaret and staff. We will be back very soon. ???“
“I stumbled on this place when I was looking for a place for a after work get together. I am honestly surprised on how great this place is. The food is wonderful, the drinks are a plenty, and the atmosphere is hard to beat! As a Guinness drinker, they do a decent pour for an American establishment. I'll be coming here much more often!“
“My family and I had a great experience! Wonderful service. We chose Jungle Prada Tavern originally because it was dog friendly. The patio area was a relaxing breezy, and covered environment! Great food, and we got a brownie with mint chocolate ice cream on top. The brownie was baked from scratch and it was so big that 4 people were easily able to share it! I really couldn't believe that such an awesome restaurant had been so close to me, and I never knew about it! I definitely would like to come back again soon.“
“Cloudy, rainy day in Florida? No problem, go to the Par Pub. My husband and I had extra time on our hands, arrived there an hour before our golf reservation, and played darts while we waited our turn. Friendly service and clubs available for our use. We were tempted to see if there was an available escape room when we finished but it was time to eat ????“
