I know this Ruby Tuesday has some mixed reviews, but today was a total win in my book. I sat at the bar and was greeted promptly by Patricia and her trainee, AJ. Both were friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel genuinely welcoming. I ordered the Smashburger special—it was fresh, hot, and delicious. The salad bar? Super fresh and fully stocked, which is rare these days. Honestly, everything hit the spot. I just wanted to shout out Patricia and AJ for making my visit...

If you’re not been at Ruby Tuesdays in a while, they have renovated. They have new tables and chairs. They have a lot of great deals for the salad bar lunch and dinner specials. My wife and I are repeat customers three or four times a week. They have a good team of servers we normally ask for Alyssa.

My waitress was phenomenal. When you step in Ruby Tuesday, and you are in Alexia section, you will be greeted with a smile and professionalism. She was very intensive, kind, and her customer service was top notch. Thank you so much for all you do, Alexia.
