I used to avoid this location after having some bad experiences with the food and rude staff, but they recently hired a new manager (Sarah) who has turned this place around. She is very warm and welcoming, and actually cares about making your food just right. I have seen her clean the tables and sweep the store instead of scrolling on a phone or taking personal calls while customers are waiting to order like the previous staff did. Today I went in and it was entirely different in a good way. The woman who was working was new to me and she was friendly from the time I entered. I learned her name was Sarah and she is now the new manager.
