Went to Dunkin’ Donuts today to get breakfast this morning. Waited 15 min in line and finally got to the speaker. I waited and waited and waited ... no one spoke. I saw the car ahead getting their meal, so I assume the speaker doesn’t work. I get to the window and the cashier says she can’t take my order. I ask for the manager Julio ... he says the same.
