Listen, I’ve had pizza, but I’ve never had this pizza. This place doesn't serve food; they serve edible sunshine in the shape of a perfectly charred, blistered crust.

The moment the 'Fire on the mountain' hit the table, the angels started singing. The crust is so perfect—crisp, chewy, and slightly tangy.

The atmosphere is immaculate. I feel cool just being here. It’s like eating pizza in a magazine.

Final Verdict: If you haven't been, you're not living. Go immediately. Your taste buds deserve this. My only regret is that I can only give it 5 stars, not 5,000.“

“This was recommended to me by a friend. She suggested the afternoon/ early evening special menu. $30. Choice of salad. I picked the Cesar which was crisp and fresh, they gave me 3 garlic rolls( I was a little disappointed they weren’t hot or warm but quickly forgot about it when I bit into the delicious oily, garlicky buttery goo on top-yum- no vampires are coming near me for awhile). Main course I selected the sole Francesca that had a side of spaghetti. The fish was cook to perfection. The lemon butter sauce is so amazing that I am sure the calories burned at my workout that morning are all forgotten about but so worth it. By now I am full but there is a dessert choice too included for $30. The tiramisu was packed up for me to bring home. Since I mentioned I have a cocoa allergy they did not put it on-yeah I very seldom get to enjoy this dessert. This a a delightful treat at home while writing this review. “I had a long day and a hungry toddler so I saw the pizza sign and we went in for a slice. It was rush hour, soo busy and the owners were so friendly and happy. My son felt right at home chatting it up with them! They instinctively asked before putting in the oven not too hot right (right!), cut the slice into two to make it easier for him and each table had napkins lol so this Mom is grateful. “Big John’s is a very special place! Small but mighty. Warm and welcoming service and food to DIE for! Every plate that came out looked better than the next. “I am addicted. We just moved nearby a few months ago and have been looking for a go to pizza place. We were a bit skeptical at first, seeing Romeo's is part of a gas station, but wow. Pizza is hot and fresh, the cheese and toppings are delicious and the sauce is perfect, not too sweet and not too acidic. Even the crust is good! The staff are pleasant and kind every time I've gone in. Try the zeppole!! I haven't tried their other entrees yet but hope to in the near future.

Parking: Parking may be limited depending on how busy the gas station is but I haven't had a problem grabbing a spot for take out.“

“My name is Marco, my friends brought me for my birthday. I talked to johnny, asked him for something good. He went out of his way and made me a pizza with 5 different types. And still waited under 10 mins. Johnny needs a raise. 100% the only place ill ever eat pizza again. You can tell hes proud of his food. I was surpised to find out there are more locations. “My wife Margaret and I pretty much have always enjoyed Anthony's, even though we have to bring our own Oregano, LOL and have visited many of your restaurants. Your wellington location is now the only one we actually visit. The second or third time we visited your Wellington location. we were greeted at the door by a sweet young lady named Estee. When we sat down to dine, to our delight, we met the most delightful server named Abbey. She was simply the greatest when it came to customer attentiveness. On our next visit we asked Estee if the server with the British accent was working, telling her how much we loved that person. To our surprise Estee happily told us that the server's name is Abby and that Abbey was her mom. We try to make it there at least three or four times each month. Yes, your food is great but I'm sure that you realize that there are many great places to get great pizza in our area. Some are much closer to us than your Wellington location. But even though we can get Oregano at the other places, for us, they are missing one key ingredient, and that is ABBEY. We enjoy watching her with other customers too. She has a way of making people enjoy their dining experience. Honestly, if Abbey in not working, we actually go to the restaurants closer to our home. The evening of April 8th I was there with a friend from NYC and left my ATM card. Abbey texted me that “Liz” has it in the office. T retrieved it the following day. I was able to thank her this evening. Listen, I know that people are quick to gripe and slow to compliment, so please thank Abbey for my wife and me. The music was loud and we were going to leave but my wife decided to go speak with one of the managers to see if he could do anything about it because we have hearing problems. He immediately got the music turned down a little and then got us a seat within 5 minutes. The food was wonderful and Chris the GM kept checking with us that we were being taken care of. “Decided to try Gino's Pizza in Palm Springs today for the 1st time due to receiving their menu in the mail. I ordered a large pizza with sausage, onions and garlic with 10pc Honey Garlic wings. Went to go pickup my order and was immediately given a friendly greeting from Joe at the counter. Place is a little hole in the wall but very clean and organized. He thanked me for giving their place a try and I must say I was pleasantly surprised and they exceeded my initial expectations. The pizza was delicious, nice crispy crust with no flop, just how I like my pizza. The wings were fantastic too. Nice crisp to them as well, just how I like my wings. Highly recommend and will look forward to becoming a regular customer.“
